Overall stay okay a few itrms missing kettle coffee,tea facilities not available, problem when trying to open the door with the card.

We booked 2 singles but when we checked in and went to the room it had a tiny double bed and 2 diet cokes in the room. We went back to reception straight away and the trainee staff at reception changed our room to 3 singles ( 2 singles was booked). There was nothing else in the room, no kettle or drinks. Heating wasn't working at all. We came back and asked the trainee staff about kettle etc and Heating. She gave us a kettle and 2 disposable cups but no sugar, tea or milk. She said £2 for tea bags. The handyman said that other rooms also have same Heating issues and he is new here. He couldn't find remote to change Heating settings. Luckily Automatic temp did work for sleeping temperature. Over all it's the worst hotel to stay. I will never stay here even if they offer free stay in future

Room was small but good. There was no chair with back support which was surprising for me.
