very dissapointed.stayed for 10 days no one came to clean the room no facility in the room no iron no kattle even heating system not good. no soap in washroom.totally useless and waste of money.never recommend to anyone

At Ibis Budget, we strive to provide a superior service experience for every customer; therefore your feedback is very important to us. I did some investigation and it came to my attention that first of all you're in self isolation so I hope you'll understand that we couldn't do housekeeping as it'll kill the purpose. you're provided assistance i.e. warming up your food. brining breakfast to your room. collecting dirty trays & rubbish etc. you're also offered clean bedding and towels. Regarding kettle and ironing service, let me remind you that you booked a budget hotel and paid a budget price if you're looking for more services you should have booked a 4 - 5 star hotel with a much higher price. We do have an ironing room and should you had asked we could arrange you to go there to iron your clothes. Also 24/7 hot drinks available and we would be happy to bring it to you. I am sorry to see that we did everything we could but after check out you left such a review whereas you knew since the beginning that you have booked a budget hotel. We wish you all the best. Its okay for 1 night etc. Like mentioned before that you could do with more power sockets. You only have 1 socket in a room which is not enough. Secondly the bathroom basin tap need to have more pressure as the water flow is very slow. Shower was excellent.

Heater is preprogramed to maximum of 25C. It was so cold during this winter weather, I was shivering inside the room. Please, don't preprogram the heater during this winter season. I don't mind staying during the summer season as heater is not needed.

good budget hotel bit noisy due to being so close to A406 but you get used to it, other than that very satisfied.

1. Super receptionists - as usual. 2. The room heater was set too low - 21C - I couldn't increase it - so somewhat uncomfortable. 3. Seriously cheesed with the ACCOR Business Card System. In spite of sending 2 emails and receiving reassurance that my card was still valid, even though it has a 12/2020 expiry, I didn't receive a new card (as they promised) and DID NOT GET MY DISCOUNT! - So what's the point in paying annual membership????? Annoyed!!!!

Upon first entering the car park the hotel looked rather modern and well kept, staff member was plesant at the reception while checking in, was a slight issue with rooms keys having to be replaced 5/6 times as we could not enter the room/rooms, once recieving a working key we noticed the bathroom smelt of sewage but we was swiftly changed to another room which had no smell. The heating and tv did not work but after a rough start we decided to let it pass and try and enjoy our weekend. I would receommend the hotel for anyone who is looking for a cheap option as the staff were plesant and accommodating, they had snacks avaliable to buy and a kettle/coffee machine in a public area free of charage, there was no hairdryer supplied in the rooms but after a quick request at reception one was supplied. (also i would like to add the rooms were clean and house keeping arrived daily)
