The room was located on the ground floor, and the receptionist informed me that no rooms were available on a higher floor. Thai happened although I have clearly mentioned when making the reservation that I wanted a room in upper levels. The window was permanently locked and could not be opened for security reasons, which made my stay significantly worse. Having no ventilation or fresh air in the room felt unsafe and extremely uncomfortable. I did not sleep well during my stay, as I kept waking up feeling hot and sweaty due to the lack of airflow. In my view, a room without any possibility of ventilation raises serious health and safety concerns.
