Very friendly staff Clean room Great shower Only one complaint is the bed is not that comfortable and gave me a back pain Otherwise it would be 10 out 10

1. I'm disappointed that IBIS have not re-opened the Budget Hotel in Silvertown. 2. Barking is an excellent Hotel. The receptionists were very helpful. 3. Very disappointed that Breakfast is now only take-away. 4. Very disappointed that my bedroom was not cleaned and the bed not made.

Very bad decision to stay here

No chair at my tiny desk, just a stool when I clearly stated I am travelling for work and working. I booked a room with aircon but I didn’t get that. The room smelt damp, everything was dusty and had fingerprints which is worrying considering COVID-19. No room service so I had no fresh towels or changed bins. I wasn’t notified of anything. Communication is really bad here.

I was charged £10 for checking in a bit early. I have never been charged extra for checking before in any branch. Especially not after being sent an email saying that I could check in online from 12:00pm. The bed was broken. The mattress is completely worn out. The staff were polite though.

Unfortunately on this occasion our stay was extremely disappointing. I was taken aback that I had to pay for parking for my motorbike which didn't even take up a space. The receptionist insisted. I have never paid for parking before even in central London. Once we got into the room there was no signal in TV. The receptionist did come and fix this but it did take some time. The only good thing was the shower room, this was very nice. The bed itself was not particularly comfortable.

When I booked I was told disabled parking was free. At the reception they said it wasn't, later they said it was. The lights in the room i was given didn't work. I was given a different room where the sink was blocked. The lift smelled of cannabis on all 3 days we were there. There was no sanitiser by the lifts . Not my best stay with Ibis

Usually my previous nights have been pleasant. This time however the staff was not very helpful. There was no hot water in the room at all. When I went looking for the staff, there was not anyone at reception when I was looking for them. A security guard was there but not any use at all just told me to wait for them to get back, but didn't where they was.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and willing to offer any help I needed. The location is very convenient for the East End of London, which made it an ideal base from which to attend my client appointments. Breakfast is continental style, with a choice of Cereals, yoghurt, ham, cheese, bread/toast and jam accompanied by fresh coffee.

Hi I would like a full refund please I left the hotel during my stay coz It was so disgusting. The smell the drug smells and fumes was constantly coming into our room I even reported it to reception the guy adnan came and smelled it. Towel had black dot marks hair on bed under the bed was so dirty my wife freaked out. No bin In the room so we was using a corner of the room as a bin. It was unacceptable stay so we left to near by hotel. Me and my wife have health issues due to our health we couldn't stay there any longer. I want a full refund please.

Everything is less in here. No space in room, felt congested. The bathrooms are so small, felt like I was in jail. No proper lighting in room, no proper lights for the mirror. Lift in the hotel is pretty old or not maintained properly. No lunch and dinner. Breakfast is pathetic. No variety/choices. Nobody answers the phone at reception when you call.
