Usually my previous nights have been pleasant. This time however the staff was not very helpful. There was no hot water in the room at all. When I went looking for the staff, there was not anyone at reception when I was looking for them. A security guard was there but not any use at all just told me to wait for them to get back, but didn't where they was.

I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and willing to offer any help I needed. The location is very convenient for the East End of London, which made it an ideal base from which to attend my client appointments. Breakfast is continental style, with a choice of Cereals, yoghurt, ham, cheese, bread/toast and jam accompanied by fresh coffee.

Hi I would like a full refund please I left the hotel during my stay coz It was so disgusting. The smell the drug smells and fumes was constantly coming into our room I even reported it to reception the guy adnan came and smelled it. Towel had black dot marks hair on bed under the bed was so dirty my wife freaked out. No bin In the room so we was using a corner of the room as a bin. It was unacceptable stay so we left to near by hotel. Me and my wife have health issues due to our health we couldn't stay there any longer. I want a full refund please.

Everything is less in here. No space in room, felt congested. The bathrooms are so small, felt like I was in jail. No proper lighting in room, no proper lights for the mirror. Lift in the hotel is pretty old or not maintained properly. No lunch and dinner. Breakfast is pathetic. No variety/choices. Nobody answers the phone at reception when you call.

Staff are very rude .They are not giving any privacy to the customers when I went out from my room one Asian origin guy watching outside . I am not living in Islamic country .., it’s Uk please .Ibis group is good so please give some training to the staff . Receptionist not smile at all to the customers ... it’s budget hotel but still expect some smiley face in the front desk . Good hotel and location . Cheap too but staff not good!

My experience was mediocre. Obviously it's 2 star so I didn't have high expectations just basic ones. Clean, quiet and safe room was all I required. The cleanliness was decent however despite there being a no smoking sticker on the window I noticed something on the window ledge that looked like ash to me....I noticed this in the evening on the first night of my stay. I thought it would be cleaned by housekeeping the next day. Upon my return to the hotel the second day I went straight to sleep however when I was packing my belongings the next morning I noticed that the ash was still on the window sill. Which makes me think that the room could be more thoroughly cleaned. Towels were provided which is nice however a hairdryer would be better. The bed is comfortable however the pillows could do with being a bit firmer. I had to use the two pillows and it still wasn't as comfortable as it should be. I think a few more signs around the building would be useful to know which direction you need to walk to get out through the reception. I got confused a few times. Also security I feel could be better. Anyone can walk in and out of the guest rooms area without having to swipe a card in or out which did concern me. It was very quiet in the reception area with only one member of staff available. Upon my exit I was only asked for my card and that's it. The staff member looked at me to take my leave. She didn't ask me how my stay was or if she could help with anything else which would've been a nice way to end a guest's stay at the hotel.

Small, but clean room with big bathroom. We only stayed one night but wifi, very good breakfast (crossaints, bread, cereal, cheese, fruit, great coffee machine with cappuccino, latte etc), parking and a big 24hr Tesco around the corner were perfect. Metro was a 15 min walk through an area with plenty of restaurants

The stay was not the worst, I must say that the breakfast was great, the staff was very nice and we had no problems other than THE COLD. The only window that was in our room was not airtight at all, and having in mind that our stay was in February, the temperature outside was more or less 5°C. The heating system worked only after long and difficult adjusting, only during one of the three nights we stayed there, but actually not for long because it tended to turn off itself. It was extremely cold, there was no blanket in our room: after I asked the staff about it, they gave me one "last duvet they had". However, sleeping there was a nightmare, also because of the noise of the street (the window seemed to be open all the time). We both came back from our trip sick, but that is not a surprise.

Room very basic, located close to A406 so good for travel but has the drawback of being noisy. Close to Tesco. There is an extra charge of £7 for car parking. Continental buffet breakfast was ok. All in all, ok for a very low price but wouldn't stay more than a night or two.

Some staff were very miserable not a smile when talking. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Iron in a iron room which was not good for me as I have a bad back and can not walk a lot.

To be honest I was a little worried as it was my first stay in this category but I must say i was extremely pleased with the overall experience. The check-in process was so smooth and was done within a blink of an eye. The staff was so friendly and humble. I must give the credit to the General Manager of the Hotel who is managing the property so well. Thank you, dear sir! I am looking forward to staying again in the coming weeks. Thanks
