Reception staff were nice. Ana, the lovely lady from reception was very helpful. Room was nice and clean. Tesco and public transport are in walking distance.

The hotel staff was kind and very helpful, also the overall experience of the hotel was good. However there was one guest who made us uncomfortable a couple of times who seemed to be under the influence of something, in the end the staff had to call the police because he refused to leave when his stay finished and there was some yelling and he looked agressive, he stayed close to our room and we heard him making a lot of noise. We think the staff handled the situation the best they could, but because this reason at times we didn’t feel the safest. Aside this situation, we were pleased with our stay.
