Arrived for a weekend and honestly have no complaints( unlike me lol). Staff welcoming and pleasant upon arrival. Good location to access shopping centre and many other shops . Clean reception area. Room-Bed comfy enough for 2 nights. Shower power adequate. Room size was good. Cleaners daily although we declined. Breakfast was a small but decent variety. Avu a helpful member of staff along with all the team really on the weekend of 30th jan 26- thank you Regularly saw cleaners- working! keeping the areas smelling fresh and looking bright which was nice to see. Would definitely recommend a stop off at this hotel. Keep up the good work :)

Had explicitly mention while booking that I need a quiet room with a view as it is a business trip. There was so much disturbance during the entire stay. People were constantly talking late at night outside the room. There were dogs barking as guests had dogs staying with them. Completely disappointed with this stay.
