It was only a night but the room smelt great and was very clean. Check in and out was very easy. Would 100% recommend and stay here again. I do dislike the location as I don't have a car but it was easy to book cab.

Writing Stayed here recently and, honestly, the standout feature of this hotel is the staff. Every single interaction felt genuine—welcoming, attentive, and properly switched on. From check-in through to departure, the team went out of their way to make sure everything ran smoothly. You can tell there’s a strong culture behind the scenes, because the service delivery was consistent and professional across the board. That said, I’ve got to be straight about the rooms. There was a noticeable smell of sewage and lingering cigarette smoke, which does take the shine off what could otherwise be a top-tier stay. It’s the kind of issue that housekeeping and facilities management need to get on top of quickly, because it doesn’t match the high standard the staff are clearly working to uphold. Sort that out, and this place could easily punch well above its weight. The people are already doing their part—now the building just needs to catch up.

I recently stayed at this hotel (13–17 April 2026, room 206) and unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. There were several basic issues that made the stay uncomfortable. The room had no proper ceiling lighting, which made it difficult to work or even read in the evening. There were also no charging points by the bedside, which is a small detail but makes a big difference when travelling for work. The bathroom, in particular, had multiple problems: no ventilation fan, a misaligned shower screen that leaked water all over the floor, and no toilet brush provided. Even more concerning, the toilet door had no handle or lock, which made privacy difficult—especially as I was sharing the room with a colleague. On top of that, only bath towels were provided, with no hand towels available. Overall, the room lacked several basic amenities I would expect as standard. While the stay was manageable, these issues significantly impacted comfort and convenience. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, as the current setup does not meet what most guests would consider a reasonable standard.
