The hotel was great for our short trip, nicely decorated and cosy, the room was clean and had everything we needed. I will also give compliments to all Ibis staff, they were all lovely with huge smiles on their faces, we will definitely be back

Clean room but did not expect to be surrounded by children running around while eating. The hotel obviously has homeless people staying or people going through difficult times which I have no problem with but I would have liked to be informed of this prior to booking as it was quite noisy whilst having a meal It was quite uncomfortable watching these people eat from a buffet provided for them while paying guests had to choose from a payable limited menu I am not a snob but I do expect a certain level of standard when paying for a hotel which I do every week for my work
