I’m trying to reach out for room service because I was arriving at night and there is no restaurant around. In the room there is a QR code to scan for the services/menu and it said we have to whatsapp for the service or call the number. I did try both but no answer.

Staff were lovely, quick check in Got given a twin accessible room instead of a double with a double bed like I had booked Heater was very temperamental and so was the shower very quickly going from hot to cold to hot again The bathroom stunk of sewage so had to keep the door closed Tv kept turning off randomly or getting stuck on the ibis screensaver No plug points by the bed and not many in the room in general No bin in the room Sink wouldn’t drain unless stopper was completely removed
