This was my first time staying at Ibis Thurrock and I was very impressed. Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Bathroom was modern and clean with a shower cubicle and door, no dirty shower curtain. I liked how there was laminate flooring in the rooms instead of dirty carpets. Laminate just felt cleaner. Hotel was quiet and staff very friendly and accommodating as I communicated with them prior to my arrival. Ample secure parking. Unlimited free wifi. Overall extremely happy with my stay and would definitely stay again.
