We always feel very well looked after when we visit Ibis Thurrock. The staff are always warm and friendly, professional and caring and nothing is too much trouble. The beds are comfy and the shower is large and there is always plenty of hot water.

In a good place for ikea and intu shopping centre. We were in other building 1st floor next to lift.dont think noise was from lift but a noise constantly through the night kept me awake, would rather be facing the car park .

Met my requirements although was disappointed how corridors were not cleaned regularly - same pint glass outside one room for two days and a dirty plate and rubbish outside another for same amount of time

We were kept waiting for about 15 mins while the Receptionist called Emma (not sure though) was arguing with some cutomers which appears she knows. She completely ignored us while she was on her unnecessary outburst. I had to get one of the Security Guards to help find someone else to attend to us. While the other person was trying to attend to us, she appeared and took over from the guy. No regards and ther was no apology for keeping us waiting. No acknowledgement. Very unprofessional

The hotel was in a excellent location for my business trip. The reception and bar/restaurant staff were very welcoming, helpful and made my stay so much easier. The food was good and was served very quickly, nothing was too much trouble. I thought the rate was good for the location also. Plenty of car parking which was also welcoming.

Stayed at this hotel many times before - perfect for a quick business trip right off the M25. Always clean and comfortable and easy to park at. Unfortunately this time there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke in the room - it seemed to emanate from the bathroom where it smelt very strongly.

It was lovely to be back at Ibis Thurrock at the start of a new year. We had a warm welcome as always, although we arrived very late. The check out was just as quick and efficient and we left with good wishes for a safe journey and warm smiles. The new teabags in the room are very nice .
