Booked 3 nights but only stayed for 1, had to request to be moved to a different room as the first was very dirty, don’t think it had been cleaned in a long time! Also due to noise for neighbouring room. Second room was just as unclean as the first, the heating control was also hanging off the wall. Reception staff were not very helpful, tried contacting them on the number given to discover the phone is kept hidden away in a drawer where no-one looks at it. Would not recommend staying at this hotel to anyone! Thankfully Travelodge were more than happy to help us out for the remainder of our stay

Stayd here previously and had a good experience but this time had a room in the former F1 hotel next door. Thr room was tatty and the bathroom smelt of pee, the be was like sleeping on a plank of wood and when we booked in the staff were not that friendly. The towels in the bathroom were still wet from previous occupants.

Basic hotel reflected in the price. Communal areas clean and tidy but room was looking tired and in need of a makeover.

First room I was allocated had tons of mosquitos in, night receptionist couldn’t understand why I was requesting to change rooms but did so for me. Other than that fairly pleasant stay.

Very friendly Staff, especially was welcomed by Jolanta, and breakfast was exellent with Ausra and Sky, decorations in our room made our stay special, was made by Edita. And kitchen cheff Michaela made amazing food. Bartender Agnieszka very helpfull. We really our stay enjoyed! And will come back

Well located for what we needed to use the hotel for. Staff friendly & helpful, room clean & tidy, no noise from the motorway, only complaint was that the pillow was very hard. Breakfast good, apart from the scrambled eggs. Would stay again if needed.

awful when we went to check in a friend of ours who drove us down asked to use to toilet and was just grunted at by the girl on the deck and things when down hill from there, the staff were very rude they seemed more intrested on being on thier phones than helping anyone . when we finaly got into our room things got worse , the toilet door wouldnt shut , the paint was coming off the front door which was only a cheap fire door , the bed was rock hard , the room just looked old and unkept and dirty . then we went downstairs to eat mistake number 3 the beer was flat and the lines really needed to be cleaned. the curry was ok for a frozen microwave job but my wifes nachos awful who puts raw onion and tomatos on top of melted cheese not good and the bars area wasnt overly clean and i know this because we droped a bud lid on the floor and it was still there when we left in the morning , and also do you think its ok for your housekeeping staff to be getting tea and coffe from the bar area answer no its not , the only good thing about are visit was leaving awful hotel , awful staff never ever again

Outdated, room was clean but still looked dirty as rust and joint are moldy and could be change at least to give some refresh

Rude staff, depressing rooms

The staff were very rude, they made us feel very uncomfortable. The food was awful, nothing fresh, and not cheap. We booked a twin room, but they gave a double room, we went back to reception and they changed it. The room was a decent size, but painted in a cell block grey. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut unless slammed.
