We stayed at the Ibis London Thurrock M25 in November 2025 as a couple and had an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Jolanta and Erica were especially friendly and helpful, which made our stay even nicer. Great value — we would happily return.

Lovely hotel with amazing staff, the room was spotless and we had a great sleep. It is a good hotel if you are looking for a place to stay near London. The breakfast had loads of choices, so we also enjoyed it very much. We also very much liked the atmosphere in the bar and lobby.Thank you to all Ibis Team for making us feel welcome 🥳

This hotel is well located in a quiet environment where you can enjoy your stay and near to shopping malls like lakeside and sport direct. Very close to train station as well as accessible for Uber to pick up and drop off . Staff were professional and always smiling with welcome greetings
