Very uncomfortable. Someone elses hairs left in the shower. Stains on the curtains and floors.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I was disappointed to learn that the standard of cleanliness in your bedroom fell below expectations. Our Housekeeping team have a stringent set of daily procedures to follow and it is evident these were not adhered to on this occasion. Your comments clearly indicate shortfalls in the standard of housekeeping and maintenance and as such, the general manager has addressed the issues you have raised with the relevant members of his team. I apologise for any inconvenience or discomfort caused to you by these shortfalls in the standard of your accommodation We appreciate your sharing your concerns, and it is our hope that you will give us the opportunity to better serve you in the near future. Easy to find from Stratford underground. Really friendly reception - staff could not have been more helpful. Rooms clean, tidy and in line with what you expect from IBIS. Would definitely stay again and have already recommended to friends

Location not great in terms of ambient. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Loud noise from outside. Crew seems poorly prepared to cope with basic requests, even not kind enough.
