Room very clean, towels changed every day. Someone knocked on door at 12:30 am twice didn't answer then they used a key card and entered, frightening the life out of me and my grandaughter. They said it was a security check !!!! I reported incident on the morning they said they would enquire and report back to me they had my phone number and e mail. No response!!!!

comfortable stay and everything else was fine, room clean etc. But clear lack of communication between staff, had paid for late checkout and then got harrased by cleaning crew multiple times even had them enter our room because clearly they weren't aware we had late checkout, very bothersome and obviously seemed like a waste of money just to keep being woken up and bothered

We stayed as a family and booked this hotel due to it’s close proximity to Abba Voyage. The rooms were spacious and clean, the staff were very welcoming and we all enjoyed our stay.

The room was cold. The window let in freezing cold air and noise from the supermarket delivery lorries. The heater was ineffective. It was on full, all day yet the room was still cold. I was there for 2 nights but was too busy to try to arrange a change of room. On checkout I tried to pass on these concerns to a member of staff who disinterestedly, simply told me that some rooms were cold and that I should have asked for a heater
