We could hear the loud thumping club music coming from across the street until late. I asked if there was another room available on the other side of the building, but was told the hotel was fully booked. The staff did offer ear plugs, but it was still incredibly loud, especially considering it was mid-week..

Well located in centre where you can access to all mist everything in few minutes. Hotel staff were amazing as well. Breakfast was ready on times. We can’t fault cleaner for the rooms

staff were great, room was comfortable. unfortunately the trip was hindered by the air con in the room barely working combined with the room’s window having another, inoperable, window outside it. this lead to the room being uncomfortably hot some days.

It's a presentable hotel. Nice breakfasts and evening meals. Clean toilet/shower cubicles. Air conditioning in rooms, but not constantly effective. Beds are clean but not as comfortable as Premier Inn. No clothes iron or mini fridge. No car park but fortunately very close to Bus Stops and Morrisons.

Easy to locate, and in a very nice location. The staff were very helpful throughout our stay. I have always used them for many years and decided to visit again with family. The place still look so good and well preserved. Would have preferred to have the kids and our rooms together with inter-connecting door. Was told this could be arranged next time. Hotel in good location. Clean, but a bit to small rooms, breakfast coud be better, (no many choices and options) and maybe for people Who stay in your hotel can be free grounded coffee too.(not in breakfast time but in general) .and sound from the pipes just killing me. I think its time for a hotel to check pipe system because this loud buzzing noise just ruined my sleep every time someone flush wc or took the shower. But I did like dizain in room and bathroom idea a lot.
