Good stay room was fine. Only other feedback is that there was no draft Stella Artois available and the milk sachets in the room were out of date with a best before of 10 August 2025.

Well situated for our trip, close to transport into West End. Very close to Westfield Shopping Centre. However, Check In was hap hazard, you walk into hotel and you were in the restaurant / bar area, no sign of a Check In desk and this could be made a lot clearer for quests.

It’s a good place to stay for 1-2 nights. I understand its policy now everywhere but check in time of 3:00 pm is so stupid and extort money from people who reach early. If the rooms are occupied or getting cleaned then it does makes sense, but if the rooms are available and then asking customers to pay £20 for early check-in is kinda stupid.
