It’s a good place to stay for 1-2 nights. I understand its policy now everywhere but check in time of 3:00 pm is so stupid and extort money from people who reach early. If the rooms are occupied or getting cleaned then it does makes sense, but if the rooms are available and then asking customers to pay £20 for early check-in is kinda stupid.

**Simply the Best! 5 Stars!** My experience at IBIS London Stratford was outstanding! Everything was top-notch from start to finish. The room was pristine and very comfortable. The breakfast spread was absolutely amazing – so many delicious options! Service was excellent across the board, with all staff being super friendly and helpful. And the restaurant had fantastic food options for every taste. Highly recommend – you won't be disappointed!

Booked this for adult grandkids. I had a few questions which I emailed to them, they not only answered all my questions they replied very quickly. Location was great for London, the o2 and shopping. I was told, that hotel was clean and comfortable and had exactly what they wanted for a night at the o2. They were able to leave their luggage at the hotel reception well before check in.
