Would like to give a special mention to Jacob, great customer service, had a great stay, would fully recommend a stay here, my room was always left clean, all the bar and restaurant staff are very friendly, the sauna and steam room saw me every night, fantastic stay

The hotel and food are very nice. But the staff make it for me. Stanley is amazing and Amy’s smile and great sense of humor is great. Would recommend to anyone. We have stayed here for weeks now and never disappointed The rooms are always serviced well and always clean and tidy

Excellent location for work for me, but perfect for Brands Hatch events. The hotel is excellently equipped with pool, gym and two very good restaurants. Staff are super friendly as I have stayed at this at this hotel for work for a number of months. Special shout out to Danny, Jakub & Stanley

Regular stay for me when working away in the Kent area & never disappointed. ( Jacob ) has welcomed me on my last 2 visits in Aug & Sep. Nothing is ever an issue & Front of house staff are always happy to help & fulfill any request. Restaurant is was pleasant as usual. All round great service.
