It was freezing. Not enough staff. Room had ideas left from previous person, so many things went wrong but staff tried their best. The rooms were warm and clean (after being cleaned a second time) and you should be so grateful to your staff who did so well under the circumstances.

Dear Samantha, We are very sorry that your experience was further affected by the cold conditions within the hotel, insufficient staffing levels, and issues in your room upon arrival, including items left behind by a previous guest. We recognize that so many aspects of your stay did not meet acceptable standards, and we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been. That said, we are grateful that you have acknowledged the efforts of our team on duty. Our staff worked under extremely challenging circumstances, and we appreciate your recognition that they did their best to support guests despite the limitations they were facing. We are pleased that the room was warm and clean once these issues were addressed, though we sincerely regret that this required additional intervention. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. As previously confirmed, two-thirds of your accommodation charge will be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. We are reviewing staffing levels, housekeeping checks, and operational procedures to ensure a significantly improved experience for our guests going forward. This was our 3rd overnight spa stay with you. It is such great value. We always leave feeling relaxed and like we have had a mini holiday even though you are not that far away. Staff are always friendly and we enjoy the fact that we can use the spa facilities on arrival and then again after breakfast, before we check out. The only disappointment this stay was that the actual pool was closed in the morning so we couldnt swim but did make the most of the other spa facilities. Thankfully it wasn't closed on the day we arrived. We really enjoyed our 2 course Indian dinner which we also had on our last visit. Well done to the chef 👏 A very small gripe ... there were no slippers and the robes were way too small for us.

Pleasant stay, rooms were clean bathroom was spacious and well decorated. Hotel was well presented. But unsure if there were any accessible features i.e a lift. My dinner of choice was delicious.

Beds are uncomfortable second time I’ve stayed and may go back to premier inn as their beds are more comfortable springs are felt through mattresses
