Car park charged me for 48hrs instead of 24hrs ,twenty pounds ,but i hope to get at least 10 pound back.room very nice,but it cost me more than i thought,im sure that was not the price i pre-booked for.drinks bit expensive,meal ok.nice man took my bags up and reception helped me out with my car parking problem.over all very good,apart from the price.

We stayed here when my partner was racing at brands, the weather was excellent for this time of year but the hotel couldn’t cope with it. We had paid extra for an air conditioned room thankfully, but the rest of the hotel was sweltering. They had placed fans around the lobby bar but they weren’t up to the heat. We had dinner in the sports bar and it got too hot to even finish dinner which was very well seasoned. The pool and spa area were too busy to sit anywhere so we got straight into the pool, the drains around the jacuzzi smelt of sewerage and it looked like it had been the same since the late 80s and needed a good clean. Overall for the cost I would stay further away, it was just convenient. Oh and if you want to park your car you must pay £20 per night!

I booked a Privilege Room and the description on the hotel's website stated the room had a mini bar with complimentary soft drinks. There was no mini bar in our room. Also there was no telephone and no bedside lamps. I did mention this to the Reception staff and was advised that these rooms were part of an extension project and had yet to be finished. I find this a little hard to believe as I stayed in a similar room in August 2025 and had the same issues.
