Was not happy with my stay from start to finish.

Do not stay here unless you are happy with constant disruption and a complete lack of communication from the hotel. During our stay we experienced repeated incidents where people knocked on our door and ran away while we were trying to sleep. This happened several times and was extremely unsettling. To make matters worse, there were loud building works taking place throughout the entire stay. From 9am to 5pm every day there was constant drilling and construction noise directly above us. The hotel checked us in without mentioning that any building works were taking place. Had we been informed beforehand, we would never have booked. We raised the issue with staff while we were staying, but nothing was done to resolve the situation. We were simply told that the manager would contact us on Monday. It is now Wednesday and we have still not heard anything. This was meant to be a special trip for us, but instead it was an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of transparency and the failure to follow up on a complaint is completely unacceptable. We will never stay here again and would strongly advise others to avoid booking until the construction work is finished.

Great experience, room could do with a bit of work on it,and not as clean as it should be(spider web hanging from light,hair in shower
