Dear Samantha, We are very sorry that your experience was further affected by the cold conditions within the hotel, insufficient staffing levels, and issues in your room upon arrival, including items left behind by a previous guest. We recognize that so many aspects of your stay did not meet acceptable standards, and we fully understand how frustrating and disappointing this must have been. That said, we are grateful that you have acknowledged the efforts of our team on duty. Our staff worked under extremely challenging circumstances, and we appreciate your recognition that they did their best to support guests despite the limitations they were facing. We are pleased that the room was warm and clean once these issues were addressed, though we sincerely regret that this required additional intervention. Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience and discomfort caused. As previously confirmed, two-thirds of your accommodation charge will be refunded as a gesture of goodwill. We are reviewing staffing levels, housekeeping checks, and operational procedures to ensure a significantly improved experience for our guests going forward.
