Went with a visit with my mom, clean and welcoming. Location albeit not central was very well connected to the rest of London due to the close tube station, making it convenient and fast to travel in and out of the city. The staff were lovely, positive and kind. I personally had memorable chats with Mr (Sully) Yolanda. Even when I was moody and impatient in the morning the staff kept a professional and pleasant attitude, spreading a positive energy! Overall we had a pleasant stay with practically no complaints, we were welcomed kindly, we didn’t hear any noise from outside the room, never got disturbed, had a full bath room and shower shiny and aromatic. Overall a great experience for the price, would definitely revisit and hopefully run into Sully again!!

Really had a great experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel very welcome. Everyone was kind, helpful and genuinely caring, both at reception and during breakfast. Special thanks to Sully and Yolanda — always smiling, super friendly and attentive. They truly made a difference and helped make the stay even better. The hotel is comfortable, well located, and the breakfast is a nice way to start the day. Would definitely recommend and happily stay here again!
