We arrived at the Ibis and checked in by a lovely polite young man called Azzy . He was very helpful and told us about the surroundings of the area., we told the room was slightly cold so he immediately sent up a heater to our room. Overall, the staff were amazing breakfast was good..

He pays great attention to detail, from welcoming guests to ensuring everyone has everything they need.
