For a budget hotel this is superb. Clean, functional, convenient. Small room but its well thought out. Only thing we missed is a fridge. They totally went above and beyond, giving us a couple of treats for our wedding anniversary which was so lovely. Thank you Ibis 😊

The staff were friendly & helpful. Check in & out was easy. The room was warm, clean, modern & comfortable. Access to Excel was a very short walk away. The kitchen staff were great! Thanks to Sully, Esta, Josh & Silvano for keeping the food coming out hot, fresh & tasty! The vegan sausages were delicious. 😋 Thank You!

Went with a visit with my mom, clean and welcoming. Location albeit not central was very well connected to the rest of London due to the close tube station, making it convenient and fast to travel in and out of the city. The staff were lovely, positive and kind. I personally had memorable chats with Mr (Sully) Yolanda. Even when I was moody and impatient in the morning the staff kept a professional and pleasant attitude, spreading a positive energy! Overall we had a pleasant stay with practically no complaints, we were welcomed kindly, we didn’t hear any noise from outside the room, never got disturbed, had a full bath room and shower shiny and aromatic. Overall a great experience for the price, would definitely revisit and hopefully run into Sully again!!
