We arrived on the Friday and was dissatisfied with the room, it hadn't been cleaned to an acceptable standard, the floor in the bathroom was dirty. We mentioned this at Reception and were given a new room, which manager took our things too while we were given a drink voucher for one free drink at the bar, per person (there was two of us). The staff did handle the situation well however this should never had happened. I also had a problem with the water, the water smelled and I was then given a key to ANOTHER room to use that shower, this room had the same problem so I used our shower and it was fine, I think the problem was mainly with the taps; it smelt of sewage. Staff did re-assure us they were getting maintenance in to have a look at this. My other issue is that I am half deaf and the TV volume only goes too 30 and sub-titles don't work so this was an issue for me personally. We stayed two nights, the staff are great I just had higher expectations after seeing the photo's and reading other reviews.

The hotel was fine but it had the worst pillows I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on. The plumbing was quite loud as well. Whenever anyone flushed the whole thing rattled

The room was not clean, the towels were not fully dried and a bit wet. The toilet was a bit dirty with hair around. It’s good that the hotel is cheap and not centrally located but it should be super clean and shiny in any way, that’s what hotels are about.

Pleasant rooms but smelly drain

Overall the rooms were very pleasant. Nice colours, warm and great view of the dock. However the sink in room 339 smelt like sewerage all the time - not the most pleasing thing whilst having a wash/brushing teeth. Staff very friendly and approachable too.

The hotel is located near the exhibition centre amd underground if you are not staying there for an exhibition. Half an hour tube ride from central London, if you are seeing a show or just want to explore the shops. Near by there is incredable Lebanese cuisine cafe with the best fresh juices in town. The room it self is quite futuristic and modern with it's bathroom pod. Very practical and comfortable. Our room had the beautiful view. Over all great value for your money. Definitely staying here again if we are ever again in this part of town.

Check in was quick and helpful. Room compact but very comfortable with all we needed for an overnight stop. Enjoyed the use of the bar in the evening. Wasn't entirely sure if we needed to leave the key card in the slot to get things in the room working but we seemed to sort it.

Overall it was an excellent stay, the room was comfortable and suitably clean, absolutely great value for money. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially those that attended us at breakfast. I would only suggest that the quality of the breakfast itself could be improved.
