Upon arrival the night staff were informative and friendly. The breakfast staff were polite and patient, the receptionists during the day were impeccable! They responded to all my requests simply and fast. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

It is a kind of far away from iconic places but you can make use of Tube. You can reach anywhere with one ticket. The dock behind the hotel is nice in the evenings. Hotel's staffs were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The only problem I encountered that towels were not washed well. I noticed some stains on them.

Staff are really friendly and accommodating, hotel rooms are nice, the location being outside the excel is also very efficient overall I had an amazing experience
