Popped in for a quick drink before an appointment. Upon entry Staff are very welcoming and polite. Bar area has a large seating area and is located in a nice area near the river. Sultan was amazing and provided great customer service. Was great to talk to him :)

Theo from reception was brilliant as he made me feel very welcome on check-in. Even more surprised when I got to the room & saw a greeting card saying I am guest of the day, got a free room upgrade plus 2 double choc cookies waiting for me in the room! Everything is brilliant! 2 tiny negative experience though: tv wasn't working but I didn't raise it to the hotel team as I was too tired to watch it anyway and breakfast was only so-so.

The rooms are ok, good breakfast, the hotel is close to the Underground which is very good. The neighbourhood is also ok.
