We arrived at the Ibis and checked in by a lovely polite young man called Azzy . He was very helpful and told us about the surroundings of the area., we told the room was slightly cold so he immediately sent up a heater to our room. Overall, the staff were amazing breakfast was good..

My stay at the hotel became even more enjoyable thanks to Claude’s exceptional breakfast service. He is polite, professional, and always ready to help with a warm smile. He pays great attention to detail, from welcoming guests to ensuring everyone has everything they need. The morning atmosphere feels much more pleasant because of his positive energy and excellent communication. Truly an outstanding employee who elevates the hotel experience to a higher level.
