Excellent stay, the hotel was clean, modern, and very well located, making travel easy. The room was comfortable and quiet, and everything was well maintained. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient from check-in to check-out. Great value for money and exactly what you want from a hotel stay. Would happily stay again.

Staff were really great...all of them. Smashing room. Unrushed breakfast with choice. I was compensated for broken lift but am 68 and on 5th floor.

We enjoyed our stay when visiting the Excel Centre event. Lovely situation and hotel facilities very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and service efficient.
