The staff was incredibly kind and well-organized, and very chill with such a chaotic event (MCM London Comic Con) going on. Service was prompt, and everyone was easy to work with, which made for a very lovely stay. The rooms did get a bit stuffy despite running the fan and opening windows, which made it difficult to cool down during the heatwave, but everything else was absolutely lovely.

Upon arrival the night staff were informative and friendly. The breakfast staff were polite and patient, the receptionists during the day were impeccable! They responded to all my requests simply and fast. I enjoyed my stay and will definitely be back!

It is a kind of far away from iconic places but you can make use of Tube. You can reach anywhere with one ticket. The dock behind the hotel is nice in the evenings. Hotel's staffs were very helpful. The breakfast was great. The only problem I encountered that towels were not washed well. I noticed some stains on them.
