we had a very friendly welcome and got a nice room overlooking the river. thank you especially to Azzy and his colleague for great service. Our room was very clean and comfortable. The shower was spacious and the water was always hot. There were USB charging sockets next to the bed and extra pillows. We had dinner there. Both the lasagne and the fish pie were excellent. One minus: the night stands are too small

Great stay, friendly and cheerful staff. Breakfast was well stocked with lots of options and everything was nice and fresh. Rooms were clean and quiet, mattress was a little bit too firm for my liking. Evening/ bar staff were very friendly and funny to be with, they really made our stay enjoyable.

Rooms very extremely small, no closet, no place to hang the coat. The carpets in the rooms were dirty.

Check in was quick and efficient, that was a high point. Queen bed was just a single sheet over two separate beds, so essentially you have to sleep on any one. The sheets and pillow covers were not changed during cleaning. If I used tea cup, it was left unwashed, if I took some food to room, the plate was not cleared during cleaning. Heating was not proper. It was just terrible

Comfy beds and pillows, slept well, quiet rooms. Clean and tidy. Cooked breakfast was cold though sadly which was disappointing as I couldn’t eat it.
