As an exhibition organiser running multiple events each year at Excel London, ibis London Excel Docklands is always our first choice when booking 10–20 rooms per show. The team is consistently helpful and responsive, and having breakfast included with every room is a big plus when preparing for busy event days. We’ve never had any issues with noise or cleanliness, and it offers great value for money compared with other nearby accommodation.

Great hotel. Always get a lovely warm welcome from Theo. His customer service is outstanding from his warm welcome, to remembering you like extra t bags and helping when my TV didn't work. Sully always gives a warm welcome of a morning in the breakfast room. The food is very good not just breakfast but evening bar meals to, a nice selection at reasonable prices. I look forward to returning in May for more good service and comfy clean room. This hotel is ideal for Excel literally a 2 minute walk from door to door and handy for the DLR and Lizzie line.

It was a nice clean room. Horrible was the food - I had a mac&cheese with chips.....more than halve of the mac&cheese was very cold and it wasn`t possible to eat it. Also the chips have been cold. Restaurant service personal was unfriendly
