From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with genuine smiles and outstanding five‑star service. Every staff member was friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, even offering us coffee and pastries after we’d missed breakfast. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and well equipped, with a lovely bathroom area. The bar and dining area had a great, relaxed industrial feel and provided an enjoyable place to unwind. The whole experience was exceptional — nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this hotel for its superb service, comfort, and hospitality. Truly five‑star!

It’s right by the Canning Town station, so commuting to the Excel for an event was easy, and quick. It’s also very close to supermarkets, takeaways and other shops making it convenient and easy to get anything you may need
