Overall, the stay was good and the room was good for what was needed. However the staff member which greeted us, fell short than what was expected. They informed us that despite booking breakfast for one of the rooms on the allaccor website that this was not on the booking and would had to manually add this on when we had arrived when I had queried. He also stated that I had not processed this fully when in fact I had.

Everything was satisfactory from the room to the cleanliness to the facilities and the help from staff. Only one complaint I have is that staff didn't know whether a beer that they served at the bar was vegan friendly or not. I had to look it up myself. In the evening and also at the breakfast buffet, there were either no vegan options or very few. In a time when we we're supposed to be shifting to a global plant-based food system because of the terrible effect that animal agriculture has on our climate and on our environment, not to mention the unimaginable cruelty inflicted on the animal victims in the system, this is a major oversight.
