We stayed in London for a trip to the O2. It’s only 1 or 2 stops from the O2 and it was the perfect location. The staff were great and the hotel was so clean and lovely.

Beautifully presented hotel, with friendly helpful staff especially Jenna on reception , so convenient for the tube which was 200ft away. Really nice spacious rooms, breakfast was also good

As a regular traveller and Diamond member, it is always a pleasure to come to the IBIS Canning Town. I was immediately recognised and given one of the premium rooms. On this occasion, however, besides the two cartons of water, there did not appear to be any welcome pack. Perhaps they had to make savings?

We stayed one night for a visit to the O2, which is one stop away in the tube. The room was clean, and felt fresh and airy, thanks to being able to open the window. Well placed socket points, plenty of coathangers, curtains closed well. Tea and chamomile tea, coffee and decaf with the kettle. Bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels, also handwash, body and hair wash, and conditioner. I found the bed to be very comfortable, the duvet was not too heavy, so for once I didn't overheat at night. Four pillows are provided, also very comfortable. Staff were friendly, polite and very helpful. Breakfast was really good, cooked breakfast, cereals, yoghurts, selection of grains and seeds (very much appreciated), toast and croissants, and continental selection. Honestly so happy with my stay, we will definitely be back.
