Made to feel welcome, extremely friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms, great location for tube jubilee line, parking at morrisons next door underground is excellent, easy to get to and plenty of spaces, £25.25 per 24 hrs. Breakfast station is a limited area and its squeezed down one side of a corridor back of the bar. Not a great layout or location, especially carrying hot drinks and food. Gets very crowded.

Great location, near shops and transport. Good wifi. Couldn’t check in when we arrived at 11 despite pre asking. After being up at 3am for an early flight the last thing we want is to “leave our bags” as offered. We wanted to sleep and change before going out later.
