Second time in this modern, clean and nice hotel which is located next to the Canning Town under station. The room was quiet and large enough. The first experience was better however. This time it was a bit too warm, noisy A/C was blowing like crazy but hardly any cool air coming. When checking in, the guy at the reception was really nice. When checking out, the woman standing in dark reception at 5:30 AM just bluntly told me to put the key card in a box. Didn't say hello or bye. Maybe she was a cleaner or something. Left a pretty rude impression.

Booked this hotel for a few nights in London where we had a concert at Wembley. We wanted to be on the direct tube line so we didn’t have to change after the concert. We loved the location is you come out of the tube station, cross the road and the hotel is there. On entering the hotel I knew I’d love it from the very modern and welcoming decor. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very comfortable and had good amenities. The aircon was amazing especially in the crazy heat we had! The food was really good and a great price. Only complaint was no draught Pepsi/cola available but we just brought drinks from the Morrisons around the corner. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and a decent price for a hotel breakfast. Would definitely stay again.
