The woman who checked us in was absolutely amazing, she was happy she was happy to be there which is rare to see now days. It was such a nice environment and was just amazing overall and I would 10000% stay here again and recommend to others

I have been a guest at the hotel on several occasions without any issues whatsoever however on this visit I was made to feel very uncomfortable with the checking in process I was asked for my name and then asked for identification which I did not have on me, then they could not find my booking. I was unable to open the app on my phone. I thought I had made a mistake and I was booked into a different hotel. I left and was able to get the app open and it did show me that I was booked in the hotel. Checked in and then the member of staff stated that I had not booked breakfast which I knew I had. It was clearly stated on my booking on the app. Then it was confirmed that I had booked breakfast. Then I went to get something to eat in the restaurant and there was a customer who had a dog going through the restaurant. I don’t have a problem with pets but surely they should not be allowed in the restaurant were people are eating. Apart from service dogs. In the morning I was checking out the colleague was extremely polite and friendly. This experience has made me feel like I’m will not be coming back to to your hotel in the future.

While our team may occasionally request identification as part of our standard verification procedures, the situation you described with locating the reservation and the confusion regarding breakfast should have been handled more smoothly. I completely understand how frustrating that must have felt at the time. Regarding the dog you encountered in the restaurant, our hotel is pet-friendly, and pets are welcome in all areas of the property. That said, we follow very strict cleaning procedures to ensure the comfort and hygiene of all our guests at all times.
