The staff on the front desk are tip notch and truly made me feel welcome. Each morning as I set off for Comic Con they made me feel like I got off to the best start complimenting my Cosplay & helping me with the doors to head out with my sizable props in tow.

Hotel is lovely very well appointed room (stayed in a superior room on 9 floor). Perfect A/C and locate just outside canning town tube station close to London City Airport, very easy access to Central London. Will book again. Fully recognized as Gold Accor member

Ahead of arrival we were asked what time we would be arriving to the hotel, I provided the answer between 12 - 3pm, it was noted that check in was not available until 2pm therefore we made travel arrangements in accordance to this and arrived at 2:15pm. On arrival we were advised our room was not ready even though you advertise this as being ready from 2pm. We were asked to sit in a public cafe and wait for the room. We had travelled for over 2 hours to the hotel, it was on a very hot day and therefore we wanted to be able to shower to refresh ourselves in the privacy of our own room however this did not happen on arrival. I am disappointed that this was not better managed knowing our arrival time, as well as the advertised check in time our room should have been ready

Rooms, staff and food excellent. Nice chilled vibe in the bar but distracting high pitch screech from aircon is unpleasant. Very disappointed that Guinness is no longer on draft as this was one of my reasons for returning. Disappointing stout and lagers not up to scratch. May look elsewhere.

The room was comfortable and adequate for our requirements. The location opposite Canning Town station and access to shops and restaurants added to a positive experience. The lobby/restaurant area were pleasant and comfortable and all the staff friendly and helpful.
