Room very good for a ‘budget’ room. Very spacious, good comfortable bed and very good shower. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff - we’ve dealt with quite a few now and they have all been excellent. We use the Ibis Styles restaurant for a light evening meal and can recommend staff, service and food. This has become our normal stopover as we have always had a very good, enjoyable stay.

Room overall was good heating was not switched on when we arrived, we were informed that the heating was broken, we had to ask for another room ,however we were given a portable heater . There was no coffee or facilities in the room

I had a brief stay at this hotel, however, the staff was nice and dedicated and the main experience was fairly pleasurable. I forgot a couple of items in the room and the staff walked the extra mile to make sure I could recover them if I wanted. Great team! I would be telling about this hotel to everyone interested in a nice and economical stay at Tours. Thank you very much.
