How refreshing to find a hotel where creativity and imagination are used to such success. We adored sleeping under the "tree" in our bedroom. The food was of a higher standard than usually found in hotels and the staff were very kind and helpful to us. We would make a slight detour in a future journey in order to stay there again. Impressed with this hotel. Comfortable beds, spacious quiet rooms, great shower, food in the restaurant very nice, very pleasant staff. Would choose over a campanile every time and about the same price.

Location and staff very friendly and cannot fault them. The rooms were good size for the price however the kids mattress in the room was not very comfortable, could feel the springs. Breakfast was ok. Pool was great for the kids following a long journey the night before.

We have been stopping at this hotel for twenty years and this time it was noticeably worse. The breakfast offering was downgraded, the carpets threadbare, it also needs proper air conditioning now the summers are getting hotter.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. We are sorry to hear that your stay did not meet your expectations. Contrary to what you suggest, our breakfast offering fully complies with Ibis Styles brand standards and has even been enhanced with local products. Regarding bottled water in the rooms, please note that as part of our social and environmental policy, the Ibis Styles brand no longer provides bottles in guest rooms; however, a water dispenser is available at our beverage station for unlimited use during your stay, alongside the hot drinks and iced tea located there. As for the carpets, I am not sure exactly which areas you are referring to. If you mean the guest rooms, they are not worn out, but some have faded due to sunlight (giving them an aged appearance), and we apologize for this. Finally, our establishment has a cooling system that improves thermal comfort but is less powerful than individual air conditioning, especially during periods of extreme heat. Please be assured that major investments are planned for early 2027 to replace these systems. Rest assured that your feedback is valuable and that we pay close attention to it in order to help improve the quality of our establishment. This was our third stay with you and it was very positive up until the second of our two night stay. One of the adjoining rooms was extremely noisy until about 1 am (walking around, banging, showering at midnight) so this spoiled our visit this time. We did mention it to reception when we checked out and, in fairness, we were told that if this ever happens we should report it immediately, however we could not be sure which room it was and we were also concerned that the occupants may have retaliated once they were made aware that we had reported them.

Staff are very helpful and friendly. Facilities are good, especially the pool. I was able to keep my bicycle inside the hotel which was peace of mind. The room and bed are spacious and comfortable. I had the best nights sleep and woke feeling recharged.

Our stay was good and we received excellent attention from the staff at the hotel in particular our receptionist. We were pleasantly surprised by the restaurant quality and the service there. Parts of the hotel are looking shabby such as the stairs and it was a shame one of the lifts was out of action. Our bathroom was tired with ingrained dirt in the shower tray. No apparent extraction fan in the bathroom and the air conditioning was weak and ineffectual. Coverings on bedroom furniture was split and in need of replacing. Improve these short comings and we would stay again soon.
