Nice hotel. Good facilities that appear to have been recently renovated. About a 20 minute walk into the town. Parking was available but would have preferred something a bit more secure than the spaces at the rear of the hotel amongst local housing.

The hotel stuff was unplesent. They try to make our stay as dificult as posible. We came with a group for the ironman in tours. And they didnt want us at the hotel.

We came as a group. Occupied more than 50% of the hotel. We got no consideration for our needs as a group. There was an Ironman event in the city. That's why we came to the city. The hotel crew knew that. While in other hotels there was consideration such as an early breakfast on the day of the event (my wife was in another ibis hotel in the city), in our hotel they weren't even willing to provide access to the refrigerator so we can cool our nutrition needs for the event. The crew treated us with hostility during the entire stay. Will not visit this hotel. Would think twice before ever going back to an Ibis hotel (certainty in France). 😡

Wij kwamen later aan maar ze lieten netjes een sleutel voor ons achter dat was goed geregeld. Verder was er echt een hele erge stank in D. aankomsthal/lift. Dat was echt bijzonder onaangenaam. D. kamer was verder prima. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid maar kon beter. Er was al veel op toen we aankwamen en dit werd helaas niet meer bijgevuld.

N° de carte fidélité : 30…91CL B. Michel Arrivés sans réservation avons bénéficiés de la remise "fidélité clients" sur la 1ère nuit mais pas sur la 2ème ??!! Pourquoi ?? L'hôtel est bien, la ville de Tours sympa c'est pourquoi nous avons prolongé notre séjour dès le 1er soir d'1 nuit supplémentaire (enregistré seulement le lendemain matin) ..... Lorsque nous avons réglé cette 2ème nuit l'écart de prix était élevé, c'est alors que nous avons demandé si notre remise avait bien été appliqué ..... la réponse a été NON ... erreur de la part de celui qui avait enregistré le prolongement de notre séjour .... La chambre nous a été facturée 146,50 €. La remise de 10% n'ayant pas été appliquée soit 14,65 € ..... Pourquoi rester fidèle à IBIS si la remise fidélité n'est pas appliquée ?! Sommes vraiment déçus ..... Y réfléchirons à 2 fois lors de nos prochains déplacements .....

Mauvaise Isolation phonique. J'entendais tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et les chambres adjacente. Et pour couronner le tout, des moustiques dans la chambre... difficile de dormir
