Staff were very welcoming, professional and efficient. Disappointing that there are no USB charging points in the room. The ceiling tiles in the dining room are unsightly after probable water leaks from above and need replacing, as do the carpet tiles in there, as well as in the some of the common areas. It is a shame when small details such as these are ignored and in turn give a bad impression of the hotel to paying guests.
