Dear Marat, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations, particularly regarding the comfort of the room and your perception of value for money. Our rooms are compact and functional, measuring approximately 12 m², in keeping with the ibis brand concept. We also understand your comparison with the Mercure in Troyes; however, the two brands offer different levels of accommodation and services, while room rates may vary depending on demand and the dates of stay. Regarding the temperature, our hotel is equipped with an air-cooling system rather than conventional air conditioning. During periods of high heat, this system can reach its limits. Portable air-conditioning units are available on request from reception, and we regret that this solution was not offered to you during your stay. Finally, your report concerning the restaurant courtyard has been taken very seriously. We have passed this information on to the relevant teams so that the area can be checked and the preventive measures already in place reinforced. We sincerely regret that your experience did not reflect the quality of welcome and service we aim to provide, and we hope to have the opportunity to regain your trust during a future visit to Tours.
