No telephone. Could not get WiFi to work. Heater control broken -- center knob missing. No way to adjust temperature in room other than opening the window. None of the heating problems were noted in the room. At about 10am the cold water stopped coming, which meant that we had to rince our hands in very hot water. The egg boiler turned off after I put my eggs in and then the water level became very low -- bottom line, I never had my hard boiled eggs. I notified the front desk of these problems and they kindly offered me a discount.

Reasonable mid market hotel in very good location for travellers especially with our dog because of the park it is located on. General decor could be improved but room is very nice

We stayed here when we visited some Chateaus in the Loire Valley as it is quite central. We also enjoyed the spa and pool.
