I was informed after the booking. By the hotel that my credit card would not be accepted and that I had to provide a new credit card number over an unsecured channel.

The hotel is located near to the main train station and not too far of the commercial and touristic places in Tours, but the services are just OK, without any special point to remark. Good to spend the night but not the best option. Cheap, but perhaps you will prefer to pay a little bit more for a better service. The day of the check-out, the lady in charge of the front desk went directly to the room of my daughters and came in to demand them to leave at 11:15. I suppose there are other forms more polite to push the people off. I was already in the lobby waiting for them, so it wasn't a problem to ask me to accelerate the process, in case it was really necessary (we were probably 15 minutes late). The quality of the breakfast was good, but the space was to small and the line to take your meals was frequently long because there was only one place where all the products (coffes, juice, fruit, bread) were available.

Stayed one night to leave in the morning on an early train. Clean room, comfortable bed, quiet, good breakfast. There are coffee and snack machines in the lobby. From the railway station on foot 5-8 minutes. Many thanks to Sophie for helping me with my booking (there were problems with the credit card). Would like to stay here again.

Well located and nice hotel

The hotel was well located and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were all very friendly and the breakfast was also good. Overall I had a very pleasant stay and it was an excellent budget option.
