Everyone in the hotel staff was kind, friendly and helpful. It's a lesson. Special mention to the breakfast that offers both "universal" high-end products and also local dishes. I must say the "rillettes de Tours", a kind of pâté specialty, is absolutely stunning. Fresh orange juice, fresh pineapple, high end really good hazelnut spread, french jam, etc... Everything perfect to start a day in perfect condition. The tram station is really nearby and can bring you either from the historic downtown or to the north and south suburbs quite fast.
