Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review following your stay at the Ibis Styles Tours Centre. I am delighted to read that you were pleased with the welcome you received from our team. However, I am sorry to hear that your room was not to your liking. Please note that we have refurbished two floors at the start of this year, and the other floors are due to follow in turn. Your room will be refurbished at the end of the summer season. As for the bath, it is fitted with a bath screen to prevent water from splashing all over the bathroom, but perhaps you would have preferred a shower curtain. Finally, our name is perfectly suited to our location: we are in the centre of Tours on one of the main squares, though admittedly not in the very heart of the city where the half-timbered houses are preserved and where planning permission for such a large hotel would not have been granted. Dear Sir, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review following your stay. However, we are the Ibis Styles Tours Centre, located in Tours and not in Blois as mentioned below. The experience you describe bears no resemblance to our hotel. In fact, there was no change of room during your stay in Tours, our building is still quite new and is a far cry from the medieval structure you describe, the car park rate don't match that of your hotel. The dishes and the name of the restaurant do not match either. I hope your stay in Tours went well, we would be delighted to welcome you back on a future visit to Tours. Kind regards, Célia B.
