I had difficulty with my reservation at Ibis Tbilisi Airport Hotel because I made a mistake. During the afternoon of 19 May, Giorgi, who identified himself as Front Desk Manager, was so kind and patient with me while he helped fix everything and get me into a room as quickly as possible. He was careful to explain everything to me as he did it and there was some pleasant conversation as well. He helped me take my luggage to my room, explained everything in detail and was simply polite, kind, helpful and courteous. He did far more for me than I had any right to expect. I am grateful to him. His behavior and attitude guarantees that the next time I am in Tbilisi I will patronize the Ibis Tbilisi Airport Hotel again.

parking in front of hotel near airport very convenient. nice clean hotel with Ibis standard and good restaurant. all staff very friendly and efficient, you can just walk to airport. All in all: super location and great people ! Thanks
