Room was OK. Bed was very uncomfortable and stiff. Bathroom had no Shampoo (empty dispenser). Restaurant was Very BAD - it was late evening 7-8pm, we ordered food for the little children and water. we were waiting almost 1 hour !!! drinks took ages to arrive. we ended up cancelling half the order after 1 hour. the food that did arrive was below expectations.

We had an early flight so we spent the night at the Ibis airport hotel. We had a premium room which offered a lot of space. The sheets on the bed were especially nice. We used the restaurant facilities, good service. Wish they had more Georgian food on the menu.

I was waiting in the queue with our kids and some pilot came in after us and was behind us in the queue and the lady in reception just skipped to him by completely ignoring us. Later whilst she was checking us in, the pilot came down again asking for another room, she just stopped our check in started working on his request. I find this terribly rude and inconsiderate. What made it worse is that my kids were tired and started moaning and crying whilst all this was happening. The receptionist Alomora was just terrible. This is the first time I had such a bad customer service for Accor group hotel staff.

Great hotel with very kind staff. If you are driving there, make sure you check before where the entrance to the carpark is. We missed it the first time and had to drive again for a while to be back at the entrance.

Second time staying at this hotel due to the early morning arrival or departure of my flights. I had good communication with the hotel before my visit to inform them I booked the night but would not arrive until 5:30am the next morning. Reception acknowledged this in the booking notes and there were no issues of a no show when we checked in.

The service was terrible, and the whole experience felt like a scam. The price shown on Expedia was not respected, and I ended up paying significantly more for a “premium” room that was actually the same room I had originally booked for a lower price. The hotel reception service was also extremely disappointing. There was a complete lack of care or concern for guests, and the staff showed very little willingness to help or resolve the situation. Overall, a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you book through Expedia.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, quiet, and very comfortable. One of the things I really appreciated was the availability of a bidet (shattaf), which made my stay even more convenient. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help.
