Overall I was happy with my stay. I was disappointed that the fitness room was not available; i chose a more expensive hotel because it was advertised that thete is a fitness room. Since that advertising was incorrect, I would have expected a compensation (discount, complimentary drink, etc) but nothing was provided. This is not good service.

Agressive and mean staff

Staff member who checked me in was visibly aggressive, mean, and antagonistic. Was upset that I came in during their 'filming' and took it out on me the whole time. Accused me of stealing my card, was short and mean tempered, and made the whole experience in Georgia aweful.

4 nights with breakfast. Staff extremely polite, helpful, and attentive. Hotel spotlessly clean, lovely design, spacious, lovely decor. 24hr bar and restaurant, incredible! Definitely highly recommend. One issue. I had 4 breakfast days, and found hot food every time hardly warm. Otherwise, great hotel.
