We were given a dirty room, with hair in the shower, stains in the sink, and a large stain on the carpet. The room was also extremely small. In addition, the air conditioning was not working, and even after someone came to repair it, the unit still did not cool the room. I sent you an email with all the details and photos, but no one has responded to me. This is very disappointing, especially considering the standards and level of service we expected.
