The service was poor, and there was no one to assist us. We had to carry our luggage ourselves, there were no tissues available at all, and there was no water provided.

Regarding water amenities, we are committed to environmentally responsible practices and therefore do not use plastic bottles. Instead, we provide empty glass bottles in every room, along with a water dispenser conveniently located on each floor for guests to refill at any time. Information about this water arrangement is always provided during check-in to ensure guests are aware of the available facilities. Please provide hotel slippers and other amenities like toothbrush with toothpaste as it is necessary and should be included upon booking in a hotel. In addition bidet spray if possible can be add as an improvement in hotel. Overall, the stay and accommodation are awesome.

I was on Solo get away, was given higher floor and cute, clean room with a small “swing” in it. Team was very friendly especially a tall young server guy from Breakfast and receptionists.
