We had a very pleasant stay at Mercure Tbilisi Old Town. The room was comfortable, clean and well maintained. The breakfast was probably the weakest part of the stay. The selection was quite limited, and there could definitely be more variety and better options. The staff at breakfast, as well as at Asado, could also be a little more friendly and welcoming. On the positive side, Sky 7 Bar & Terrace was excellent. The food was very good, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and attentive. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay and a great place to relax and enjoy the views. Overall, a good hotel in a great location, with a few areas where the service and breakfast could be improved.

Good location to explore old Tbilisi. Metro station is a bit away but still in walking distance. Bus stop is just in front of the hotel. Basically you can reach wherever you want within Tbilisi from Mercure. Want to highlight their welcoming service. The location of the property is its strength! It was clean and quiet! While extending my stay for a night, I was scammed by a service provider who impersonated the merchant name in their name! The really on rent was USD 92 but the final bill was USD 139 with taxes and service charges😡

Bed is very soft, in addition you had put another level of sponge on it, which makes it very very high and evet softer and very hard to move on it. It is very difficult even to sit, to lay down, to move on the bed. Pillows are very thin and soft :(

The room was both clean and modern. However, the breakfast experience felt rushed as it concluded at 10:30 AM, immediately followed by thorough cleaning with a vacuum cleaner. While I understand that the venue transitions into a lunch restaurant, necessitating this swift change, it might be beneficial to inform guests that breakfast concludes at 10:15 AM. This would prevent latecomers from feeling pressured to depart precisely at 10:30 AM.
