Excellent hotel for exploring Tbilisi, right at the edge of Old Town but without the crowds. My room (Privilege corner unit) was spacious and well-appointed, with a very comfortable bed (with mood lighting adjusted by switches) and nice views towards the river and old city. The Wifi was fast enough for remote work (6-10+ mbps). Staff were great and helped me with enthusiasm, especially Ina at the front desk. The room fridge full of complementary drinks was a nice gesture. The downstairs steakhouse and the rooftop bar both deserve a special mention. The food downstairs, and the strawberry and mixed berry milkshakes (which I think are the same in both restaurants) are phenomenal. Would gladly stay again!

Capisce TripAdvisor review

Its location is its best feature, as it could not having been any better. Next to the Old Town, one can visit most of the city's attractions on walking distances. Lots of currency exchange businesses and restaurants nearby. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast good and with many options to choose from. One is guaranteed a certain standard as it is one of the Accord hotels worldwide. The only negative point for us was that we left the room at 9 am and placed a card on the door for room cleaning. After returning from a full walking city tour for the whole day at 4 pm the room had not been cleaned yet. After complaining at the front desk, it was immediately taken care of.

One of the cleanest hotels I have had the pleasure to stay at and I have only visited 52 different countries and stayed at Four Seasons, Fairmont ,Sofitel, Hilton The Autograph Collection Sheraton to name a few All the staff were friendly,helpful and efficient but you must stop playing that horrible music in reception and other areas Thank goodness for my B & O headphones I am a member of every hotel loyalty program and a member of 7 airlines loyalty program so I definitely know what I am talking about At one time I was even offered a job as a hotel consultant for a chain of 5 star hotels I can see why you have won all those awards Kindest Regards Mr J.
