Me Business - Confirmed reviews ALL

Everyrhing was exceptional. Only one donwnside, after entering the room I have encountered that the TV was not working (not turning on at all). After asking to fix the issue at the reception unfortunately it was not fixed even i stayd for 3 nights. This could be only downside of the experience. I am waiting for the relevant actions.

Good location, nice staff, sometimes awkward

Location is prime for sightseeing. The hotel is well furnished. The staff are very nice, and really try to help. The only issue is that service is a bit spotty. For example, sometimes we got coffee pods and creamer, sometimes not. Sometimes we got our room cleaned, sometimes not. Sometimes we got towels, sometimes not. The priority rooms had a good selection of complimentary drinks, but neither room had a bottle opener to open them. (We stayed twice, for a total of five nights). All of these things were remedied after asking a time or two, but it did get a bit awkward to have to keep asking. But, again, the people at the hotel were always quite nice about it. I would stay again, but it would be nice to have things happen more regularly.
