A la facturation lors de l'arrivée, il y a eu une double imputation du petit déjeuner ce que nous comprenions pas le matin avant l'impression de votre facture. Il ne me semble pas avoir été impoli mais votre sentiment a été que puisque vous étiez un client résidant à l'étranger, nous pouvons vous spoiler. Sauf erreur de ma part, il vous a été rembourser sur place 2 petits déjeuners sans passer par nos service comptable. Je peux vous joindre la facture de remboursement qui rectifiait l'erreur. Stayed during our drive home from lake Garda to Calais - UK. Brief stay. Rooms were comfortable, but a bit run down. There was a hole in the wall from the fire door arm hitting it, the bathroom was dated. Bed was comfortable. AC was welcome. Hotel reception was stylish and welcoming.

Despite having booked through the accor app and tariff with breakfast included, they charged a different higher tariff and added additional breakfast. Never had this experience despite 10y + membership of accor. The man at reception during check-out was extremely inpolite and did not want to correct! Very dissatisfying experience

Not far from the autoroute, as we were travelling up from Spain. Plenty of space to park our large vehicle. Rooms comfortable, a/c cold, views not bad from the room. Staff friendly and helpful.

Convenient to stop en route for the night. Staff helpful and friendly. Restaurant nearby was good and staff friendly.
