However, we're a little bit surprised by your comment. Our terms and conditions of sales (which are those of Accor Group) are clear for every reservation. We can't be responsible of guests' mistakes. You spoke about a reminder while you had cancelled one of your rooms just two days before the arrival. It suposed you knew how many rooms you had left. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short.
