My deposit was taken from my debit card and then I was told I had to pay the amount in full on arrival and that the deposit would be repaid on departure. I checked this again on departure and they told me it would be refunded at midday. We are now a day later and it still has not been refunded. This is poor

2 night stay for an event at the circuit Dijon-Prenois. Good location with parking included, friendly staff, clean room, comfortable bed, good breakfast buffet. Water faucet in the bathroom was spraying water in every direction, just not straight down where you'd want it. Containers with seeds, berries etc. on the breakfast buffet were very greasy/dirty.

Very convenient, but room very basic. Not even a kettle or coffee machine or even a mini fridge to keep water cold. Paper cups in the room are not good, as they leak - a washable glass or cup would be more efficient.

Had a good stay here. Frontdesk staff were very helpful in check in and changing reservations. I would like to especially thank the 7th floor housekeeping staff for her incredible kindness and service in rapidly changing the linen and towels and finding another pillow for my wife who was unwell with a cold. It is a huge credit to the hotel to have such staff. Thank you so much. There is good bike storage. The breakfast was OK but nothing notable.

Didn't receive any confirmation email for the booking. Total nonsense of the terms and conditions of sales for a minor mistake that could have been better taken care of from your side, more gently! Maybe send a reminder for your client's reservation the day before to make sure everything is still ongoing?
