Had a good stay here. Frontdesk staff were very helpful in check in and changing reservations. I would like to especially thank the 7th floor housekeeping staff for her incredible kindness and service in rapidly changing the linen and towels and finding another pillow for my wife who was unwell with a cold. It is a huge credit to the hotel to have such staff. Thank you so much. There is good bike storage. The breakfast was OK but nothing notable.

However, we're a little bit surprised by your comment. Our terms and conditions of sales (which are those of Accor Group) are clear for every reservation. We can't be responsible of guests' mistakes. You spoke about a reminder while you had cancelled one of your rooms just two days before the arrival. It suposed you knew how many rooms you had left.
