We have a great stay at Mama Shelter Dijon. Nice rooms, staff and decoration. The only thing is that we did not have priority for reservation at the restaurant.

The staff at the Mama Shelter in Dijon is amazing and very attentive. However, on the day of arrival, we had to wait over an hour for our room after the check-in time at 15:00; despite the fact that we were already at the hotel at 13:00 and it was known that we were waiting for a room. Definitely not good prioritization or management. The hotel lacks some atmosphere. I would suggest exchanging the plastic plants with real ones. Furthermore, the room was quite small and lacked amenities such as slippers or bathrobes in the room (not even available on request). Not sure if I would stay again.

This hotel succeeded where most fail: super design, great location, quiet rooms, spotlessly clean, helpful staff. Amazing breakfast. The only thing that would have improved it would have been a kettle in the room. But all else was perfect. Thank you

We had a wonderful time at Mama Shelter in Dijon. The hotel is really wel designed and staff is incredibly friendly. The room itself was spacious and we felt directly 'at home'. Breakfast was incredible. Everything really fresh. Parking around the block for just 11 euro's.
