Excellent location and staff. But noise from restaurant meant I got little sleep over the 3 nights (weekend parties until 1:30am each night). And I was surprised that a 4-star establishment did not provide a kettle in the room.

You had booked a patio room overlooking the restaurant, which may explain the more vibrant atmosphere. A decent stay but some key details missing- toilet roll was lacking, no shower gel/shampoo in the shower. Basic things you’d expect, it all felt a bit slapdash. But the staff were polite and friendly. And good breakfast.

We stayed 3 nights and will stay again. The decor is brilliant - but the staff are the absolute stars here, all super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our French language is deplorable (but we try!), and the staff were so patient and respectful to us.
