We stayed 3 nights and will stay again. The decor is brilliant - but the staff are the absolute stars here, all super friendly and helpful. Unfortunately our French language is deplorable (but we try!), and the staff were so patient and respectful to us.

A really lovely hotel in the centre of the city but in a quiet area The room was very comfortable and well appointed The bathroom was great A shame we were only allocated one tiny carton of water no tissues and no tea making facilities but otherwise a great experience We dined at the hotel and the food was excellent Highly recommended

5 day stay at Mama Shelter Dijon. Excellent town centre location, within walking distance of the train station. The hotel is stylish and cosy. Friendly staff. However, we were somewhat disappointed not to have a kettle and coffee maker in our room to make tea and coffee.
