Hello. I really liked your hotel. Cool vibe and atmosphere. However, on Saturday morning I showed up at breakfast at 7 and was told it wasn't ready since one of the staff didnt show up! I stayed at your hotel since I have Accor Platinum level and convinced 4 other friends to stay there too since we were racing in Prenois. I had to rush to the race track that day and couldnt even get an espresso in the restaurant which is unacceptable! furthermore, the rooms I booked for a friend and I, 127 and 128, had issues with the A/C and were way too hot. I set my room to 18C and I was still sweating in bed.

Our first Mama experience was a knock out hit. From the early check-in and upgraded balcony to the enormous buffet, largest fruit collection in Burgundy to the fresh juicer experience the hotel keeps your curiosity flowing. Four towels and espresso pods didn’t not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mama.
