4 night stay. tea, towels, cups were not replaced on 3 out of 4 nights. not fun having to call front desk all the time.

Themed hotel with fun activities. Lacked organisation and some basics. Had a family room which is two separate rooms with a common outer door. Perfect when you have 2 teenagers. We had breakfast included which is a buffet with a fairly large offer, however organisation wise it was not great. Often lacking food items or bowls, or someone to make a coffee. Personnel did their best, think it is more an organisational matter. The rooms were of a fair size, as well as the bathrooms. Fairly clean but the wall to wall carpet had stains (obviously), and black walls had marks all over. The only amenities in the bathroom is a bar soap (or maybe two) that you are supposed to use for everything (hair, body, conditioner). I cannot see any mama (or normal guy like me) being satisfied with that offer, so we had to get our own stuff. The rooms are not cheap, so some refillable containers with body wash and schampoo in the shower would seem reasonable. Tried the restaurant one evening, and it was good, but of course you should mainly try other restaurants when in the gastronomy city of Dijon. Had an amazing dinner at SPICA restaurant one evening.

Ventilation in room terrible

This is the second time we have booked into this hotel and the air conditioning did not work - which required us to move rooms. There is clearly a problem with the ventilation system and normally the staff are very friendly and helpful but on this occasion the did not really want to help.
