Excellent restaurant, missing slippers and coffee facilities

Booked a quiet room 3 weeks in advance, got frontside on the second floor ( which is not quiet). Checked in at 2:30pm but no other options offered. Breakfast appeared twice on invoice, 3 Mails sent, but no response

I want to thank all the staff for making our days in Dijon a real holiday. At the reception - everyone is smiling, polite, kind, extremely kind. Whatever we asked for we got, whatever we asked we always got an answer that made us happy. In the restaurant too - all the wonderful things I can say about the reception apply to the restaurant as well. Thank you to everyone, we really felt at home, we didn't want to leave.

We stayed for One Night with our dog (Labrador) at the Mama shelter Hotel in Dijon The people in the Hotel are extremly helpful and friendly The Location is Perfect to visit the old town of Dijon The Room is nicely decorated and the food breakfast as well as dinner were good We surely will come back
