We stopped in Dijon en route to the cote D'Azure. The hotel was welcoming, clean and comfortable. The only difficulty is that two varieties of sat-nav failed to sucessfuly navigate to the public car park opposite!

We accidentally got our dates wrong, but they were able to accommodate us for no extra charge. The breakfast was really nice! The room and the hotel were really clean, but the bathroom was a bit small and no counter space to put your stuff on. Being right in the heart of everything, it was surprisingly quiet at night. We would definitely stay there again.

very nice hotel, very friendly helpful and competent staff who also speak good english. i have used this hotel for some years now but have just one strong complaint. The Coffee ! its the worst coffee machine i've ever experienced , the coffee is just dreadful. many of your guests jump in their cars after breakfast and like me, drive 6 hors to the coast or back to northern europe. A good coffee is so important ! We have a domestic coffee machine at home which makes a really good coffee and a separate milk frother . Perhaps its an idea to add a coffee machine for people who want a freshly ground coffee and a coffee that tastes like a real coffee from a good cafe or restaurant ? of course you have to cater for the 'masses' and so a large automatic machine is unavoidable , but in this classy affordable hotel, an alternative - even a served-by-the-staff coffee that meets your restaurant standards would be so very much appreciated, thank you.

Nice hotel but my air conditioning wasn't working

The hotel was very clean, in a very good location. Car park can be tricky to find as the entrance is on the pavement. Some staff were super polite and helpful. Main problem, my air conditioning didn't work room 211. I went and spoke to a member of staff about it, they reset it. Still had the same problem, he couldn't move us as they were fully booked. The maintenance person wasn't available in the early hours of the morning. So had to put up with 28c with no air conditioning. No compensation was given from the hotel.
