1.- I wanted to leave the car in front of the hotel as an announce hotel service for the valet parking and get my luggage into my room. However the valet parking was busy on another car and make me follow him, and unfortunately no support with luggage was provided 2- A disappointment situation happened on our arrival when we ask for umbrella and my daugther spot the valet parking nocking me behind my back, 3- On arrival we got a paper with the hotel services and times. There it was written that brunch was offer, when we call to make a booking, we were told you need 1.5 months to be able to book, for me that not service for guest staying at your hotel rather for local When you go to 5 star hotel you feel you will find all services and amenities there. unfortunately we realised besides the restaurant area the cafeteria is as use for the Sunday brunch so no option to eat at your hotel on sunday. I appriciated that brunch is a good business and its with focus on local people, you need to provide at least the cafeteria area for guests that stay at your hotel, specially on sundays where there very limited options as Dijon is not very place 4-We shared our feedback on reception in regards not having a place to eat on Sunday and instead of trying to manage and solve the situation by making a reservation in another known place no support was offer whatsoever I have been a regular guest of Accor hotels and the experience was very good, unfortunately not on this occasion, which was disappointing. I hope feedback helps to improve your services

The hotel is rude, unknowledgeable, and discriminatory. They do not know Accor policy and not well trained and offer no help. Now they are fighting me on points after booking through the app while also trying to charge me 50 euros more for my perks as a diamond member . You think you can bully people around, some people will not take that. Your hotel is full of con artists and bullies and the group will continue to hear about this until action is taken to rectify the experience

The hotel is perfectly located, just 15 minutes walk from the train station. There is overnight parking and free valet service which were very useful as we have hired a car. The room is spacious, newly refurbished, and very comfortable, we got a room with an attic ceiling, which allowed us to look over the city of Dijon. The Dijon old town is also very walkable from the hotel, and I really welcome the very nicely decorated hotel bar where we got out nice cap before heading back into the room.
