The location of the hotel is perfect for visiting Dijon. We see some improvement in the breakfast area where the the coffee machine produced an under-extracted, watery cappuccino making it undrinkable. Fortunately, there also was a Nescafe capsule machines which made good tasting coffee. Furthermore, the kitchen was unwilling to prepare freshly boiled eggs and referred to the available scrambled eggs. We have not experienced that before in five star hotels. Finally, every time we went to the gym, the container for disinfection wipes was empty.

From the moment we arrived we were welcomed by the staff who helped with all our bags (there were a lot) he even parked our car! We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Hôtel La Cloche Dijon – MGallery. The hotel is beautiful and elegant, with a perfect location right in the center of Dijon. It was very convenient to walk to the historic old town, restaurants, and shops.
