Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconveniences you experienced, which clearly do not reflect the standards of service and quality we strive to deliver. We are particularly sorry to hear about the cleanliness issues in your room, and the delayed response from housekeeping regarding the coffee mugs and glasses. This is not the level of attention and responsiveness we aim to provide, and we fully understand how frustrating this must have been. Please rest assured that we have addressed this matter directly with our housekeeping team, and we are reinforcing our quality control procedures to ensure it does not happen again. As for the linen and towels, we maintain a regular renewal program to guarantee both comfort and hygiene. If you received items that appeared worn or stained, this is far below our usual standards and will be investigated with our laundry service. All our rooms meet French 5-star hotel standards, including minimum room size. We offer six room and suite options with varying amenities and sizes to meet the diverse needs of our guests. Your comments are invaluable in helping us improve, and we truly hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our hotel.
