The hotel was clean, nicely decorated for the holiday season and the room functional. Our room was on the first floor and had a number of windows being on the corner and was quite well insulated from exterior noise. What made the difference during our stay were your people. All staff that we cane into contact with were pleasant, helpful, courteous and professional while not being overly friendly.

Our stay at the Grand Hôtel La Cloche Dijon in December was lovely. The hotel was beautifully decorated for the holiday season, creating a warm and festive atmosphere that made our visit even more special. Its central location made it easy to explore everything Dijon has to offer, from charming shops to historic sites, all within walking distance. There was a Christmas market each evening right across the street. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and reservations and make our stay more enjoyable. The breakfast served daily was wonderful and had a great variety of items. It was the perfect way to start our day. Overall, our experience was fantastic, and we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dijon! We can’t wait to return!

It was fairly good, despite some problems. There was a leak in the shower box and there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.
