The traditional, old house has been sensitively and tastefully modernized. The suite we had met our expectations and the stay was a pleasure. The breakfast and the service staff there and the service staff at dinner were attentive and knowledgeable. The main course of the evening meal was good, the appetizers rather inconsequential. The front desk and concierge were friendly and helpful. All in all, we will definitely be back.

All the staff was absolutely lovely and kind, including the staff at the bar of the hotel. The reception people, Teo, Delphine and Stephanie were very nice, but definitely need more training with information on arrival of hotel clientele. Example : we were never informed how to use the card key which not only opens the door to the room but also controls all the lights inside the room. Another occurence : we asked for a taxi to go to a restaurant on the first night of our arrival but Teo called a car service instead, which was much more costly. Another event: we were visiting Beaune on Sunday October 27th and we asked for a lunch reservation at the Coq Bleu (open on sundays) at 1pm. We went there and there was no reservation ! Another restaurant reservation for Saturday night October 26th at L'Abenfant was never canceled when we requested a cancellation....

Garden of the Bells worst meal.

The restaurant Garden of the Bells was one of the worst meals I’ve ever had. The steak was a big piece of fat. The escargot was tasteless. The service was not good. The staff was dismissive. We spent 80-100 euros per meal. Wow!! Stay away from this restaurant. Hotel was ok but not the restaurant.
