I stayed at the Novotel in Maastricht and the Novotel in Dijon Sud, and there was no toilet brush in either of them. I found out that none of the other Novotels have one either. So I will never stay at a Novotel again. If other brands in your organisation don't have toilet brushes either, I will put them on my blacklist too. It's so disgusting to let my partner shit in my shit. Every other toilet owner always asks their clients to clean their own toilet.

Rooms are quite small for the rate charged and not as clean as I would expect this from a Novotel. Stairs/carpet was worn out . Room was not made upon arrival and we were initially requested to prepare the sleeping couch for the kids ourself. Service outside standard arrival times needs to be improved as well - otherwise why to book a Novotel and not an F1, right.

It claims to have 4* but basic amenities were not provided. Bathroom and washbasin looked so dirty. It should be on 2* category.
