Arrived to staff at reception that were more bothered about talking to each other then checking people in. Told while checking in that the restaurant was fully booked and no chance of a meal near by. We travelled into Dijon and had a lovely meal....... Room was dirty and the air con was awful. Only one light worked in our room but no one to talk to about this when we got back after eating out.

The entrance and restaurant area's are a great place to relax after a day of driving. The rooms are basic and have thin walls. In my case, the family next door was making noise well after 10 o'clock.

Hotel easy to find from motorway, and plenty of parking. Check in was a challenge as the team had not taken my written stay request into account (despite their acceptance by email). Dinner was disappointing, a very limited menu, unavailable items. The room was also disappointing as we were downgraded in order to get a bathtub, with no recompense from the hotel

Good location half way between Setes and the Shuttle on our drive back to the UK
