We stayed for one night on our way down to the alps. The hotel is well located, the staff were fabulous, there were lots of things to keep our children entertained and the food was great. The only thing that lets the hotel down a little is the tired decor of the room. It was comfortable and clean but a revamp of the chipped textured wall paper, would bring the rooms in line with the rest of the hotel!

Restaurant meal very poor. Pate presented in a tin can. Main course did not match menu description. Ruined our evening.

The first room: safe was blocked. No technial Person available on Friday afternoon, so we had move to another room. The other room, the air conditioning was not working and it was un-healthy warm in that room. The airco was generating hot air instead of cooled air
