The rooms could do with a good clean. The food was cheap and nasty. The price of drinks extortionate. As for the staff they were rude and customer service must be swear words to them. I wish we had stayed somewhere else and recommend anyone thinking of staying here - don’t!!!

Room and bathroom were rather grubby, particularly around the bunk bed which is obviously too heavy for the cleaners to move and clean around. Bathroom ceiling filthy. Loo walls, oh dear! There's a kettle which is good, but complete lack of things the use for. Only 4 tea bags, no black tea, no earl grey, not even any breakfast tea, just 2 scrappy herbal jobbies. No coffee at all and certainly no milk. Also the mini bar was turned off, they could at least turn it on so thats its cold for guests arrival. Breakfast finished at 9.30 but no one bothered to tell us that. You really should have cards/notices in the rooms to say what your timings are. This just looks cheap, which Novotel's did not used to be known for
