This is a comfortable well run hotel. Our room was all ready when we arrived and it’s easy to bring luggage in because there are plenty of trolleys and the parking is very close, there is a good play area for children (we were travelling with a 4 year old) and the bar is close enough to carry a drink over. We will definitely stay again. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel staff were great but the room and lobby area were very run down and ‘tired’ in much need of updating. Not my usual clean Novotel experience!

According to hotels used to have a standard. They lost. After a bad experience with Greet Montbeilard, I decided to give them a second chance with e a (theoretically) better hotel: Novotel. Apart from the usually Accor problems - one towel for three adults, not enough hygienic paper, etc. - the room was old, with defective electric plugs, but, the worst - the windows were full of water due to low temperature in the room and low quality of the windows. We asked to increase the temperature - but the answer was short and clear :”we limited it to 21 degrees Celsius”. This was my last experience with Accor.
