Maybe it's just because it was rainy, but the hotel felt kind of dark compared to the pictures. Also I got an old room. Too old.

The hotel was dirty, the staff were not very enthusiastic at the reception. they changed my room number 3 times. I have stayed here before, and it was much better.

Good break in journey

Always quiet ovetnight. Good beds. Evening meal good. Needed extra waiter, so some delay in service (same problem in England!). Loose tea at breakfast - no Breakfast tea! Clearly Accor/Ibis not aware of bio-degradable teabags.

I am in the habit of staying at Accor hotels, especially in the Ibis brand, and this experience was not good at all. The receptionist really did the very least possible during the check-in. I had notified that I would arrive around 12.00 (which my ALL membership allows) but the room was not ready. Another was found, but it was really not in a good condition. The hotel was very tired looking. Without previous notification, there was simply a sign to say that the restaurant would not offer much of a menu. And, unfortunately my daughter left a necklace behind which was found, and the receptionist offered by email to charge my card and send this to us in the post. Nothing ever came, and they stopped replying to my emails. I live less that two hours from the hotel, and could have driven to collect the necklace, but was assured that it could be sent. It was a very precious last gift from her friend who died recently. Nothing can replace this, and it is very poor to offer to send it, to be able to charge me with the card on file, and yet do nothing - and not even reply to my latest emails. I will not be staying in this hotel again, despite it being really handy for my home and my work.

Concernant le restaurant nos proposons effectivement les dimanche et lundis soirs un diner sous forme de buffet qui est tout à fait en conséquence et qualité ( charcuteries variées, salades, plats chauds, fromages, desserts, etc.). Pour ce qui est du collier de votre fille vous avez eu la réceptionniste au téléphone à plusieurs reprises qui à très bien pris en compte votre demande et, je vous confirme qu'il à bien été envoyé par nos soins. Ne manquez pas de nous tenir informer de la bonne réception de ce dernier. Restant à votre disposition. Cordialement
