Stayed one night on way to south. Convenient stop off close to autoroute. Good staff, clean comfortable room, good breakfast buffet, good value.

Hotel in need of refit and is dirty

I clearly booked 2 rooms with 2 beds in each. So to find 1 room with only one bed made up was disappointing to say the least. Very basic rooms with not even a kettle to make a hot drink.

Finding one of your rooms not prepared with the correct bedding is indeed disappointing, especially when traveling with family, and this should not have happened. Regarding the kettle, ibis rooms are designed with essential comfort in mind and do not include in-room kettles as standard. However, our team is always happy to provide hot water on request.
