This is our second stay and we enjoyed it. Good dinner, although tuna tartare was slightly under seasoned and needed lemon. Good breakfast. Excellent staff. Easy access to motorway for our continued journey.

We’ve stayed here several times before and always thought it was a decent overnight stop. This time, room was shabby, bathroom smelled, there were too many people at breakfast - felt like a school canteen. The restaurant staff at dinner were very helpful but my husbands burger looked as if it had come from a fast food restaurant.

shower broken, shower gel empty,towels outside the bathroom, hand towel had been used,some electric socket facias empty no ability to connect, ceiling just bare plaster board and cobwebs, staff rude and in some cases untrained.No tv remote, served someone else's food, waiter wiping his nose on the hand he was using to lay cutlery and crockery. Surely it is possible to do better than a paper cup for tea and only two tea bags for a double room, no choice. when queried the receptionist at check out explained that all the above was" how we do it"

The service level fell short of the standard set in previous years. While the staff were extremely polite and helpful, the hotel was clearly short-staffed—the receptionist was running back and forth between the front desk and the bar. Additionally, housekeeping and maintenance were lacking: the pool was dirty (I had to scoop out leaves and insects myself), there was a used tissue under our bed, and the bathroom towel heater was very dusty. As someone who stays with your chain regularly through a corporate partnership, I have always been very satisfied in the past, but this stay unfortunately did not meet expectations. Very nice hotel with good beds. Location is excellent for travellers driving through France, almost immediate connection to highway (and shopping centre really close if you need fuel at a good price). Staff is very friendly!

A tastefully decorated hotel with a good bar and restaurant, not your usual stopover and perhaps a little more expensive but well worth it. We use it whenever we're driving south and it's a great mid-journey break. There's also a Tesla supercharger on site which is ideal for us.

We arrived late mainly due to traffic problems. However 30 minutes was wasted because the Accor website names the hotel as Dijon and not Longvik. Yes - Longvik is in the address, but many will just see Dijon and 9 Rue de Beauregard and go to that address in Dijon. That address is an apartment block. We tried to phone but forgot the extra zero when using our UK phones and eventually had to drive to the nearest Ibis to get directions. We were told the restaurant was open until 10. We arrived at 9.30, obviously too late for a cooked meal, but two salad options were offered on our request and they, along with the wine, were excellent, as were the staff.

We use this hotel regularly when travelling through France. Well located and only a short Uber ride into Dijon if you want to eat out. Restaurant gets busy so make sure to book a table ahead of your stay. Really nice building with good facilities including the pool which is always nice to relax in after a long drive.

This was our fourth stay, since the hotel is conveniently located close to the highway, it is nicely decorated and has a proper restaurant. Super friendly personnel too. So no reservations at all: it will be a nice and comfortable stay in your travels. However we do think small things have changed that make it a little less special than it used to be. For example, the syrup and glasses are no longer in the hallway, laminated notices are hanging everywhere, and it is time for minor maintenance. All small things, but with a little attention to them, the stay will be impressive again, just like the first time.

Room was basic bathroom very smelly of mould and musty. Couldn't get a reservation for the restaurant and the staff not helpful with alternative options despite a nice restaurant 2 minutes walk away. Breakfast basic and not everything labelled. The main communal areas were nice and fresh unlike our room.
