The receptionist tried to assign us a smaller room—normally unsuitable for a family of three—with just a queen bed, despite my reservation for space accommodating four. Thanks to the Accor application, I showed the exact booked room number, and we secured it. The room was clean and acceptable, but the Adagio reception area smelled incredibly bad. At least they could have turned on the AC or aired it out, yet nothing was done.
