It is a pleasure to know that you chose to extend your stay with us. We are, however, sorry that some aspects of your room did not fully meet your expectations. We appreciate your comments regarding the room amenities, bedding comfort, bathroom equipment, and television channels. Your feedback is valuable and helps us identify areas where we can improve our guests' experience. Regarding the parking, we would like to clarify that our guests benefit from a preferential rate in the underground car park. Without this discount, the parking fee is approximately twice the amount charged.
