Good location (near everything) but the standing of the room was disappointing: the only trashcan was in the bathroom, no toilet articles and worse the shower gel bottle was empty, the shower cabinet was clean but very old, the glass window in the room was very difficult to close so the noise outside made it impossible to sleep at night, and no fan in the room).

The hotel is very well located. The room is great and spacious but it can become really hot when it is hot outside and the system to cool the air is not working well at all. It is still very hot in the room. Hotter than outside.

Our air-cooling system is designed to operate from a certain outside temperature threshold (25°C), which unfortunately had not been reached during your stay — even though the sun exposure on our south-facing rooms can make them feel warmer. The hotel standard is so low even for 3 stars hotel. IBIS hotels in different countries are doing better than IBIS Montpellier
