From booking onward, staff were very friendly, communicative and efficient. The lobby area is clean and inviting. Parking in the garage is a great value—10 euros per day. Even if you don’t book the breakfast, you can use the coffee machine as much as you’d like till breakfast service is over.

It’s a great location, close to the tram stop, 20 minutes walk into the centre but easy to jump on the tram. The apartment was clean spacious and we went as a family so enjoyed the communal area with games and nice breakfast in the mornings.

We really enjoyed the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We had plenty of privacy and were left in peace, but the staff were always very helpful and available whenever we needed anything. The accommodation was clean, comfortable and conveniently located close to the tram, which is especially useful in Montpellier. There is also a well-stocked small shop nearby. Breakfast was simple but perfectly adequate, and the whole experience felt easy-going and pleasant.

The hotel is excellently located and offers a very comfortable stay. The apartments are clean, spacious, and equipped with all the necessary amenities. The on-site laundry facilities are extremely convenient and save both time and effort. What truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. The staff was helpful. The hotel clean and well located. However the bed linens, though clean, were awful . There was a paper mattress protector that constantly came off the mattress. The sheets would not stay put constantly rolling up or sliding off the bed. I had to get up during each night to readjust them. Horrible for sleeping. It’s the main reason why I would never stay there again. So only good things to say about staff, the cleanliness and location - but whoever decided on those sheets - please try sleeping on them.

The room was very good and very comfortable for 3. The kitchen was well equipped and the room very clean. The staff on reception were all very helpful. The underground car park is also very convenient. We didn't realise that the hotel is so far from the centre and it's a good 20 minute walk. Which at night you want to be sure of the route. There are restaurants near the hotel though.

Our room was ready when we arrived to drop our bags around 12, so they told us we could check in early which was great. We didn’t actually cook or prepare any food but the little kitchen area looked fairly well stocked with equipment. It’s around 20 minutes walking from the city center and there is a park and river nearby to the location was good.

Situated a short walk from the tram which is a couple of stops to Montpellier Train Station. Clean room with a decent shower in the bathroom, comfortable bed, but the pillows were very soft
