We stayed there for 4 days along with our huge dog. Ms. Lawrence at the reception was super welcoming and helpful. Especially with help with cab services for our dog , information and advice. She really cared about her guests experience. The hotel is well located. Easy access to the centre , the tram way , the bus , the supermarkets etc. The room was great as well. We stayed in the small studio . It was completely equipped with everything u need . However we were only provided with 2 toilet rolls and 1 garb bag and no housekeeping service. I understand it's an appart hotel but this should have been taken care of. Overall a good experience.

Just stayed one night, was perfect. I would suggest to provide a few tea bags or instant coffee, as I arrived very late etc

It is not easy for guest to find out Main door!!!!

They never posting parking fee on the website and mobile application!!!!When we check in,they tell it. It is not easy to park car due to narrow way,Underground for SUV car. Before parking, the key of door should be required Before check in it is not possible to enter parking lot. So it is needed to hold car some mements somewhere. It is very unconvineance for guest. I do not understand theire service mind.
