We had a workshop in your hotel and I signalled in advance that I am Diamond status. Not even a Privilege room available on arrival for 3 nights. The carpet was stained, really really old. Same for the bath room and the painting.] The closet was full of dust. The only positive of the hotel was the friendly staff. The price was really very high given the rooms and service. Bfast was ok

From the unfriendly receptionist to the extremely outdated and dirty hotel rooms and hotel in general we had a very bad experience in Montpellier! 150€/night for this is simply unacceptable! Upon arrival they told u the restaurant acceptes orders until 9.30pm so we presented ourselves at 9.20pm and the person very rudely turned off the lights and told us to leave as it was closed! My previous experiences in Accor hotels were great so I thought this was a respected quality standard but I was clearly wrong! Too bad
