A terrible allergenic smell in the corridors.

Despite GPS led me to a wrong direction from the tram stop Place D'Europe and took me a while to find the hotel, I had a wonderful time at this hotel. Great location, facilities and most importantly very friendly and helpful staff, especially Dylan who was super friendly and helpful, giving me lots of information on where to visit and eat, etc. I had a wonderful time at this hotel and Montpellier overall. Always a happy memory. Highly recommend this hotel.

No AC too hot room

Nous comprenons à quel point il est important d'avoir une température agréable dans la chambre, surtout par temps chaud, et nous regrettons de ne pas avoir pu répondre à cette attente. Well Located but needs to be updated. Hallway stink of dirty carpet/ flooring. Place needs to be painted. Twin room very small. Staff not very friendly. Bad Experience
