Very good experience from arrival to checkout. Excellent breakfast. The whole hotel is beautiful. Clean and stylish. Food and beverages are excellent. Special mention for the staff who bend over backwards to please us.

Positives: Modern hotel adjacent to a large indoor mall, convenient for Uber and taxi pickup and drop off, clean room, good air conditioning, and nice welcome gift. Negatives: Just like the previous reviewer, my deluxe suite did NOT look like the photos on the Hotel website. The small round breakfast/dining table was missing and one of the bathrooms was actually handicapped accessible with poor water pressure. The deluxe suite was more spacious than a regular room but was not luxurious. Also, the surrounding area was very quiet and deserted at night so I was a little apprehensive walking back from Old Town after dark.

Fantastic stay with my family in this lovely hotel where I have spent many happy nights (weeks even) during my career. Great service from all the staff and I would call out Francois for his kind attention. Love the Spa area.... Great location for visiting Montpellier where you can easily walk into the centre of the city plus the surrounding area. Thanks again to the whole team.

Overall good, but security neglected

The overall stay was very good, clean and convenient. Breakfast was fantastic and staff was just lovely! If it wasn't for a major security issue, I would have provided a 10/10 rating: I once forgot my Keycard in my room. I then approached staff for a replacement by saying my room number and my last name. Without any further validation (e.g. ID check) I was handed a new set od Keycards. This is an absolute no-go. Anyone can easily find out my last name and room number, particularly if they are after me. I am not only concerned about my personal safety, but I am also responsible for highly confidential business data and corporate IT accesses. I have instructed the responsible staff member about this issue and the shift manager. Please do train your staff accordingly (do not punish) , it's a great learning opportunity!
