Beautiful room (I was upgraded, which was a lovely surprise), very helpful staff, welcoming lobby, convenient location to walk to the Old Town, and right near the tram station. The breakfast food was good, and the outdoor seating was a nice way to start the day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Montpellier.

We really enjoyed our stay, the bed was extremely comfortable, we also used the Spa and both had super massages. The staff were very welcoming and the hotel was spotlessly clean. We were late going to breakfast each morning and although there was still a super buffet the hot items were a little limp and there were no scrambled eggs on the second morning.

We had a wonderful 4 nights at the hotel, the room was lovely and the bed extremely comfortable (possibly more comfortable than my own bed!). The pool, sauna and steam room were an added bonus. We ate twice in the hotel restaurant and loved the food & service. The location is perfect, so handy to pop into the adjoining mall or a short stroll to the old town, railway station & tram line. We loved it & a shout out to all of the staff who are amazing - thank you - merci beaucoup!
