Right from our lovely reception from Tom at check-in we were impressed by the hotel. Our deluxe room felt spacious (for a city centre hotel) and well-designed; I always appreciate light switches inside the bathroom so you don't wake up your partner at night. The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was impressive, eggs were available cooked to order and the buffet had a good range of different options, including lots of local products. The rooftop pool isn't huge but people were enjoying it and it's pleasant to enjoy an apéro at the rooftop bar. My only negative comment would be that it's a shame smoking is allowed around the pool. We had to move indoors for breakfast one morning because some inconsiderate people insisted on smoking right beside our table.

I would love to begin with we were supposed to be on Novotel but it fully booked so we book Pullman instead this us my first pull man stay so let me give you full Review By Former Hospitality Worker First impression with Alicia She speak perfect English and I am traveling with children as we make a very rushing plan i book at 13:00 approximately and we drive 1h30 to go i ask Alica to put a baby cribs for us she said we are om schedule as we arrive there 1h30 minutes later baby crib is already there let alone the kindess of her for being patient while our credit card has a problem Next Marie she always smile and talk to me while im around hotel i ask her for dental kit and she search for it she really care about her work and im thankful Next is Miss Jade who is taking care of our family breakfast she ask if we need tea of coffee and made it right away for us what I am highly impressed is she cleans our baby chair for breakfast these day some of hotel wouldn't even care much Breakfast is awesome just bacon and sausage that is a bit disappointed it seem like it has been reheat few times Pastry is amazing and honey it chef kiss A bottle of still water and sparkling is not cold but i guess we are from asia where we drink water in very cold bottles Lastly is Mr.Etienne Who explain parking system which I paid 17 euro wow expensive but he make sure we get the most out of it as we talk to him we understand how it work and by that we get more time to explore the mall and feeling of not rushing to leave this hotel That's all my experience

Very good stay at the Pullman they were a lot of us at the hotel who already and the staff works extremely helpful even taking our dresses to be stealed at the local mall when they weren't enough Irons

The hotel itself is good but the cleanliness is lacking (hair in the bathroom, a sunglasses case from a previous guest left under a chair) making us not very comfortable. This should be an easy fix for a brand like Pullman.

Overall, the experience at the hotel was very good. The staff at the desk, in particular, were very helpful during our stay. The rooftop pool and restaurant is the highlight of the hotel and it is, on its own, worth the booking. The rooms were comfortable. In the Acor style, however, the separate toilet room (without a sink) is annoying.
