We are delighted to read that you enjoyed your overall experience, our central location, the comfort of your room, and especially our rooftop pool and restaurant. We are also pleased to know that our Front Office team contributed positively to your stay. We have taken note of your comment regarding the separate toilet area without a sink. We fully understand your remark and appreciate that this layout may not be the most convenient for some guests. However, this configuration is part of the original technical design of the building, and unfortunately, we do not have the possibility of modifying the existing plumbing installations or adding a sink in this area. We regret that we cannot offer a technical solution to this point, but we truly appreciate your feedback as it helps us better understand our guests' expectations. Chère Madame A., Nous vous remercions d'avoir pris le temps de partager votre expérience et sommes sincèrement désolés que votre séjour n'ait pas répondu à vos attentes. Nous regrettons notamment que l'accueil à votre arrivée ne vous ait pas donné entière satisfaction et prenons également bonne note de vos remarques concernant les ascenseurs et l'absence d'eau en chambre. Concernant notre piscine située sur le rooftop, nous vous confirmons qu'elle ouvre effectivement à 10h00. Cette organisation s'explique par le fait que le petit-déjeuner est servi jusqu'à 10h00 dans cet espace, autour de la piscine. Toutefois, afin de répondre aux attentes de tous nos clients, la piscine de notre spa est accessible dès 9h00. S'agissant de notre emplacement, nous comprenons votre déception si celui-ci ne correspondait pas à vos attentes. Nous tenons néanmoins à préciser que notre établissement se situe à seulement trois minutes à pied de la Place de la Comédie, au cœur de Montpellier. Nous sommes également désolés si notre équipe a manqué de vous expliquer clairement, lors de votre arrivée, comment rejoindre le centre-ville et les principaux points d'intérêt à proximité de l'hôtel.
