Well located neat the center. Indoor pool, sauna and hammam well maintained. Parking is easy and very close to the hotel entrance. Very recommended!

Hotel in its basics is fine. Breakfast was good. The price level however leads a customer to expect much more, which is not provided. There was no explanation for a 47% increase in the room rate between Monday and Tuesday. Room provided in need of improvement. Bathroom furniture worn and damaged, insufficient water pressure in the shower.

Nous sommes ravis de lire que vous avez apprécié notre petit-déjeuner ainsi que la qualité de nos prestations essentielles. Cependant, nous tenons à vous présenter nos excuses pour les éléments qui n’ont pas été à la hauteur de vos attentes. Le mobilier de salle de bain usé ainsi que la pression d’eau insuffisante ne correspondent absolument pas aux standards que nous souhaitons garantir. L’intégralité de l’hôtel a pourtant été rénovée entre 2022 et 2023, avec un remplacement complet du mobilier, y compris dans les salles de bains. Nous avons identifié depuis que le revêtement utilisé sur les plans de travail de ces salles de bains présente un défaut de fabrication, ce qui entraîne une usure prématurée. Nous sommes actuellement en train de planifier leur remplacement dans chacune de nos chambres afin de résoudre définitivement ce problème. Votre remarque confirme la nécessité d’accélérer ce processus, et nous vous en remercions. Concernant l’écart tarifaire entre le lundi et le mardi, nous comprenons parfaitement votre étonnement. Durant ces dates, l’intégralité du parc hôtelier montpelliérain affichait complet en raison d’un important congrès lié au secteur du tourisme. Dans ces situations exceptionnelles, la forte demande impacte mécaniquement les tarifs, conformément aux pratiques du marché. Nous aurions dû vous en informer lors de votre arrivée, et nous regrettons sincèrement cette absence d’explication. Nous espérons sincèrement avoir l’opportunité de vous accueillir de nouveau afin de vous offrir une expérience pleinement conforme aux standards du Pullman Montpellier Centre. Suite smelled like a sewer and garbage, they promised they will change the room or fix the issue. Came back from work, they confirmed fixing the issue, room smelled just as bad. Downgraded to superior room with a broken window that wouldn’t close and shower gel dispenser empty. Whole hotel is dirty, full of dust everywhere and outdated.
