The hotel is very conveniently located to central Montpellier and its sights and the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent, especially the bread. One minor quibble is the location of the hairdryer on the wall next to the toilet: this is not a good place, a few times I accidentally hit the hairdryer with my elbow and started it.

The hotel was conveniently located near Central Comedy; our Uber driver could drive right up to the front door. The Hotel was right on the edge of the pedestrian zone. The hotel staff was good. Breakfast had a good variety.

Very pleasant stay in this IBIS styles hotel. Rooms as comfortable with large beds and lots of space. Breakfast was included which had a good selection , however I was disappointed that unlike many IBIS hotels I have stayed in it dis not have machine for freshly squeezed orange juice. Also I had to ask twice to have sheets changed as was there for 8 nights. However when I asked the cleaning lady herself she did it without any fuss and left all pristine!

Simple but very convenient hotel, good size room and bathroom/ shower. Parking garage was a bit challenging but very handy since lift brought us and baggage in directly from garage. Driving in through narrow backstreetsbut when we looked out from reception we saw we are practically on central Comedie place.

Great location, clean & good size bedrooms and a breakfast with plenty of options. The loss of water / hot water was unfortunate and communicated well by the staff in a difficult situation. The refund offered was dealt with quickly and much appreciated.

A very nice hotel and well situated and ideal for walking in the town centre. Breakfast up to usual Ibis standard. The only slight downside is no chair in room or stool in bathroom for leaving yoyr clothes or drying your legs

Staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. Room was clean. Bed was very uncomfortable and too hard. I needed to ask for more pillows, only one provided. The room was too hot and the air conditioning would not function. I informed staff but they said there was nothing they could do because the air conditioning was centrally controlled to be in a winter mode to heat not cool the room.

Nous sommes heureux de lire que vous avez apprécié la qualité de l’accueil de notre équipe, ainsi que la propreté de la chambre et le petit-déjeuner. Ces éléments sont essentiels pour nous et vos compliments seront partagés avec l’ensemble de nos collaborateurs. Nous sommes en revanche désolés que le confort du lit et la température de la chambre n’aient pas pleinement répondu à vos attentes. Concernant la literie, nos chambres sont équipées selon les standards de la marque ibis Styles, avec deux oreillers sur le lit ainsi que deux oreillers supplémentaires disponibles dans le placard en hauteur. Notre équipe reste bien entendu disponible sur simple demande pour en fournir davantage si nécessaire. Concernant la température, le système de climatisation est actuellement réglé en mode saisonnier. Avec des températures nocturnes encore autour de 9 à 10°C, nous n’avons pas encore effectué le passage en mode climatisation afin de maintenir un confort thermique global adapté à la majorité des séjours. Dans ce contexte, nous proposons également des ventilateurs à la réception afin de répondre ponctuellement aux besoins de rafraîchissement. Nous comprenons toutefois que cela ait pu occasionner un inconfort et en sommes sincèrement désolés. Votre retour est précieux et nous aide à continuer d’améliorer l’expérience de nos clients. The hotel is located within a 2min walk of the centre and has easy access to many restaurants, bars and cafes. The beautiful historic buildings of Montpellier are all within a 10min walk.

very good stay overall except for the very bad experience with our cleaning lady dated February 4 . I was very sick that day and the cleaning lady at 11 h 30 knocks at our door and said she had to clean the room . We told her that we going out at about 12 h 00 noon time because I was not feeling well and still resting but instead she said ... YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE ROOM NOW OR ELSE I WILL NOT CLEAN YOUR ROOM ! I hope that management will do something this because it might happen to other clients of your hotel . Cordially

The hardest part was to come to the hotel by car at night while raining, than a warm welcome from the receptionist that was very supportive with clear directions made the stay perfect
