The late check-in was ok : the night receptionist was friendly (as the barmaid as well), we waited a bit more and even helped him find our bookings on his computer (we were a small group on a business trip). The housekeeping does a daily good job. The breakfast terrasse doesn’t look at all like the pictures on their website as you tell on the photos posted. There’s no water pressure in the shower. Bedding is comfortable. The check-out made by Day Receptionist Mathieu was a huge mess : after contacting the travel agency who organised the whole trip, proof given by mail made it clear that he made a mistake, but never apologised for it. As a consequence, we shared our experience with fellow coworkers and decided it is best to avoid Mercure Hotels in the future.

My stay was great. The amenities were great and the room always tidied up and ready when I get back in. I gave a 9 only because it would be highly convenient to have a mini-fridge to keep my water cold during my stay.

It would be better if 2 bottles of drinking water could be provided to the room every day. That would be perfect!

Unfortunately our stay was marred by the noise from building works in the daytime and a large noisy party on the patio on our second night. Staff were very pleasant but overall not a great experience.
