Our overall experience was very good. The suite was large & clean. The staff were very nice and helpful. We very much enjoyed the breakfast. The location is excellent, 20 minutes of walk to restaurants, shopping, and old town.

Disappointing….very very bab management 🙄 As there was a rugby team! Of course they’re great eaters. We arrive for breakfast nothing on the buffet except some croissants and pain aux chocolats. The managers ignore our demands ! During our stay 4 nights, breakfast was as bad as a 2 stars. No fresh juice. It took more than 8 mins to cook 2 eggs, disgusting cooking equipment 🤨 not convinced that Novotel Montpellier is the good hotel to stay 👎

We wanted a hotel either near St Roch station or a tram stop. This fitted the bill. The room was very comfortable and above all quiet. We would definitely stay here again !!

Dear Madam/Sir, I have stayed in your facility between 25 June- 12 August 2023. Here are my notes regarding my stay and hotel. All employees were so kind. Thank them all. I would like to especially thank to, Sarah, Marie and Miarina at front desk. Having breakfast in the weekend was a chaos. It is so crowded. Tables and seats are not enough and some of the foods can be finished easily and need to be waited for renewal. And also cleanliness of cutlery and plates are not sufficient. (This is not only during weekends, I saw some not enough cleaned cutleries and plates during weekdays. The hotel needs to renew the omlette pans in the breakfast saloon. They are fully scratched and this is not good for health. Water in the rooms tasting so bad. I couldn't drink because sometimes it smells humidity - odour. It will be so good if the water can be changed. I had my stay mostly in room 525, the soap dispenser was detached and about to drop, but it was not realized by cleaning staff for some time and I asked it to be fixed. I only got the hotel slippers close to end of my total stay. In my opinion, these slippers are one of the basic but necessary stuff in a hotel room. The bed in my room was not so comfortable, I think it is becoming old and needs to be changed soon. Carpets and curtains in the room also seems to be old and I was feeling some dust sometimes in the room. Lastly, there should be a stand for the luggage in the room. I kept my luggage on ground. To summarize, my stay was good except these items above. Thanks to all the staff for their kindness and helpful approach.
