The hotel is very well located and the room was fine. I would improve the cleanliness of the room and add more sockets in a more accesible place. Even though the TV was big, it was a bit outdated, I would prefer to be able to have access to certain streaming platforms or at least be able to connect the mobile phone to the tv.

Only a few minutes' walk to the historical centre and shopping centre. Small rooms but comfortable enough. A kettle and a couple of cups would be nice! I had to hunt around for the sockets for charging stuff but eventually found them under the countertop. Comfortable bed. Nice breakfast. Very welcoming reception staff.

Well located but tiny rooms and dirty

Room very hot as there is no air conditioning. Shower base covered in black mould. Very little room to get in and out of bed corridor side of bed. Bathroom sink water overflows as the drainage is very very slow. Tv channels not suitable for overseas travellers.

The location of the hotel was convenient. The ground floor/reception area was satisfactory. However, I was disappointed with the condition of the room I was assigned (210). The walls could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and there were noticeable gaps between some of the floorboards. Three of the loo seat support brackets were broken, and the television appeared outdated with a faded image. The list goes on... While I have stayed at other IBIS hotels with positive experiences, this room fell short of my expectations.
