Please accept our apologies for the discomfort you encountered, particularly regarding the bedding configuration, room maintenance, cleanliness, and service. Regarding the bed setup, our rooms are indeed equipped with two single beds that can be joined together to create a larger sleeping arrangement. We understand your disappointment and appreciate your comments concerning the clarity of the information provided during the booking process. We are also concerned by your remarks about the air conditioning, unpleasant odors, cleanliness, and the soap dispensers not being replenished during your stay. Furthermore, we regret that your interactions with some of our breakfast staff did not leave a positive impression.
