i was insulted by a staff member who implied i was not going to pay my bill

The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. This small budget hotel goes above and beyond to cater for those with gluten and dairy intolerances and the Quotidienne restaurant provides beautiful, freshly prepared, affordable and substantial meals. The fish dishes are excellent.

warm small room

The rooms are very small and warm. Windows on first floor can't be opened safe. check-in went smooth. Nice people at the reception.

Good for a short stay

I appreciate having a budget hotel to stay in while traveling, yet the room was quite small for my needs. The shower with no full enclosure makes it so there is a puddle of water on the floor. No wonder the wood floor is damaged (room 226). When I asked the desk for a bag of ice to chill down some water I bought from outside, they told me all I could get was a glass of ice, because other guests may need ice! Ridiculous.
