It's hard to give a higher rating than 7, given that the air conditioning in both of our rooms didn't work. Given the night time heat, this made sleeping very difficult. Also, on the day we arrived we were told that we would be unable to eat in the hotel, as there were two parties booked in. Also, there were only two pillows and we were unable to get more for one of tge rooms. It's a shame that these problems arose, as otherwise, the hotel was lovely, well located, clean, with friendly, helpful staff, particularly at breakfast time.

We chose the hotel because it had a restaurant and air conditioning. The restaurant turned out to be closed—something that wasn't clearly stated at the time of booking—and the air conditioning didn't work at night, leaving the room at 30 degrees while it was 20 degrees outside. Opening the window wasn't really an option due to the heavy traffic noise. We found the breakfast very meager. There was a rainfall shower, but it didn't work; however, given the issues mentioned above, that was the least of our problems.

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First off all, they have it on Google and the website that the parking is free and then charge you 8 euros per night. Then they got us the wrong room, with single beds instead of one double bed, but we were so tired we didn’t even have the energy to complain. The room is stained all over, didn’t even seem that it was cleaned. Specially the bathroom, still had empty and used toilet paper rolls, the rain shower was so dirty and clogged that barely worked. The air conditioner is very weak, and it was 35 degrees when we visited. The bed sheets have wholes in them. The breakfast were pretty disappointing, specially the pastries, coming from a France city we’d except more quality.

I was surprised the restaurant refused to serve me and they said they only cater for groups at the weekend. This was not in the Accor website.

The only problem there was was the bad order in the bathroom otherwise I was satisfied with my stay.

Hotel clean and tidy, good location and staff polite. Room problems were that air-con did not work in one room and terrible smell from drains. Breakfast one morning all meat empty, staff did get more when asked, but would have been nice if did not have to prompt them.

Good hotel, a little out of the way except close to the highway.
