Room very stuffy, traffic noise incredibly loud to keep window open over night, air con didn’t work and pumped more heat into room, requested a fan but not received. Overall didn’t sleep so not what you want from a hotel!

Although dinner was not available on the weekend, the receptionist directed us to a good Italian restaurant in town, which was a 15-minute walk away.

This hotel has found the magic ingredient that makes a stay here so pleasing: great location close enough to walk into Rouen, a bar & dining room offering good food if you don’t feel like venturing further, clean comfortable rooms, secure parking & most of all - friendly helpful staff who I’ve come to recognise over the last few years! I was surprised the restaurant refused to serve me and they said they only cater for groups at the weekend. This was not in the Accor website.
