Hotel systems very unhelpful and stressful

We had had no information in advance re the way the system for the hotel worked.. The part time reception style did not suit us and was stressful and made it difficult to relax and enjoy our stay. Paying for 1 night at a time and then being allowed to pay for 3 nights in total in an easier way was what we wanted . The current method makes it difficult to access your rooms or ask for the help tourists need, The best thing about our stay was the use of a good carpark.

As a reminder this information is indicated on the booking site and you booked by yourself in our hotel. Why complain about something you chose? All the information is present on arrival to check in but you must take the time to read it. As a reminder our rooms are available from 2 p.m. but we offered to check in 1 hour before. However you do not mention this anywhere ... During the breakfast service or reception opening hours our team is always there to help our guests. You could see this when we helped you with the metro and all your other questions. It is always easier to complain remotely behind a screen rather than coming to see us at reception. Sincerely !

Great stop over. Comfy bed. 1 point deducted as not enough pillows 1 point deducted as my son didn't eat any of his breakfast and wanted to take his croissant but wasn't allowed. I understand the breakfast isn't there for you to take "picnics" if you've eaten but it was one croissant that otherwise would have gone in the bin which just seems wasteful.
