We've stayed here a few times before heading further south. Clean and tidy, we have a family room which works for two parents and two kids who want their own beds. Secure car park and a 10 minute walk to an awesome patisserie!!!

We had a one night stay to break up a longer journey and loved this cute, well appointed hotel. Think 4 EV charging points, cool bar with table football and pool for free to entertain the kids and just a 20 min walk from the lively riverside restaurants and bars. Would definitely stay again.

The 2 night stay was good, and we parked in the secured car park. We were upset to find in the morning of our departure that the driver's door of our car had been damaged by another vehicle hitting it with their door. There does not seem to be CCTV in the car park which would be useful to identify the culprit, as they left before 10am when we departed.

Room needs renovation, also some typical additional equipment should be in standard of room - coffee machine, hair dryer, water

It seems that the IBIS BUDGET range does not suit your preferences. We would like to remind you that the services you request in the room are not part of the brand's standards(hair dryer is available at the reception) and, moreover, the hotel has only been open for five years, and we do not believe that renovations are already necessary. Good, clean & great value. Easy to locate with secure parking. 15 min from centre on Tram or T4 perfect for an evening out. Breakfast served in a bright space offering a wide variety at a reasonable price.

The public areas of the hotel are nice, with a really good breakfast area and activities such as pool and table football for children. The hotel is split in two with one half being an Ibis Styles and the other an Ibis Budget. I thought I had booked the styles when in fact I had booked the budget. Thus when we opened the room we were very disappointed. The room was tiny, with no ammenities such as hair dryer or kettle etc. You had to walk sideways round the bed. The bed itself was comfortable and the shower was fine. We did not spend long in the room other than to sleep and the E12 for breakfast was well worth it as it was very good. The hotel is about a 2 mile easy walk into the city. The old city was superb and we had a lovely two days exploring.

For us it was a stopover en route to Spain . It was too close to the city centre. Unusually there was a charge to park the car. There was only one pillow each. Overall clean and tidy but we won’t use this location again.

Staff clearly nee what the noise was and response was I should have come to reception in middle of night to call out engineer to fix, even though I was alone with 3 children.
