The rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped. The decor was bright and modern. The hotel seemed recently refurbished. It is located on the river, next to the opera house and close to the cathedral and the historic centre of lovely Rouen. Our apartment was roomy. The bed was comfortable. The shower was excellent. We stayed during a heat wave so the air conditioning was a blessing. There is everything you need for a short stay: fridge, cooker, hob, coffee machine, dish washer. There is a laundry available near the reception. All the staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to store luggage after checking out. We loved Rouen. Everything is within walking distance. There are several shops nearby, making self catering easy, and lots of good eating places. We had a great stay.
