The hotel is strategically located, providing convenient access to attractions, restaurants, supermarkets, and public transportation. The hotel staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. I particularly appreciate the staff’s assistance in accommodating my request to be assigned to a corner room. The room is spacious and well-lit with ample natural light. Overall, my stay at this hotel was highly enjoyable. I had a wonderful time staying here!

Room size was ok, however, it's the second time I stayed at an Adagio, and the AC barely works.

We understand that a warm room can be uncomfortable, especially when sunlight increases the indoor temperature. As part of our environmental commitment, our property operates either in heating mode or air conditioning mode, and it is not possible to use both simultaneously. Although the weather has been pleasant in Normandy recently, nighttime temperatures remain quite cool, which is why we have chosen to keep the heating on. Furthermore, we have carefully noted your comments regarding room cleanliness and have shared them with our housekeeping team in order to improve the quality of our service. Everything was good here, the only slight negatives was there was not a dishwasher, which was advised there was and the water being cut off one day. I did see a notice in the elevator after I went to check with reception what was going on - however this could have been communicated much better, either by staff or email. I could have planned around it much better with a bit of notice. It was a bit of a surprise having no water for a shower, flush the toilet or to brush my teeth. Small points though, it was a great stay otherwise and I would definitely stay here again.

Hotel is well situated to visit the historical sites by foot. The room was clean and well equiped with a small kitchenette. A warm and friendly welcome at the réception. The only surprise was the price of the hôtel parking, 21€ per night but atleast the car was safe in their underground carpark.

Very good room cleaning service. Staff is very helpful, speaks english also. Only one thing which i found odd was everything was paid. You can offer minimum free cofee , tea to the guests which if offered in most of the hotels.
