This was a great apartment in a perfect location for visiting all the sites in and around Rouen. We visited not just sites in the central area, but also took the tram and bus to go further out to see more things. Sarah, at the front desk, was most helpful explaining how the tram and bus system worked as well as the laundry system in the hotel. It was great having laundry available right in the hotel. We parked at the opera parking garage and just left the car there while we were in Rouen. Very convenient and reasonably priced at €16.90 per day.
