Nice friendly staff, good service and a bright spacious room. Comfortable bed and little kitchen area if you want to cook ! Parking was a nightmare! Very narrow entrance and not enough spaces, so often full. Overall an excellent hotel in a perfect spot for exploring Rouen.

Extremely clean & spacious room; windows nicely kept out the street noise at night :) We could smell the kitty litter when in the hallway but never in the room. A great location, an easy walk to everything!

We enjoyed our stay here and would return. Our studio room had everything we needed except face cloths and a small ledge in the shower for our toiletries. A lot of thought had gone into to the design and there were plenty of plugs and outlets everywhere. I wish the AC had been a bit stronger or the bed linens a bit lighter; we would have slept better. Breakfast was a bit of a mess and I would probably skip it next time. Otherwise we were impressed by our first stay at Aparthotel and will visit other locations in future travels.
