This type of bed allows for a significant amount of space to be freed up in the room when it is not in use. We therefore recommend that our guests fold it back up until bedtime in order to make the most of the available space. However, we fully understand your comments regarding access to the bed, and we regret that this configuration did not prove convenient for you. Comfort and practicality can of course be experienced differently from one person to another. We are also sorry to read your comments regarding the welcome you received when completing your check-in. This is certainly not the experience we wish to offer our guests. Information provided upon arrival, particularly regarding how our aparthotel operates, should always be explained with care and courtesy. We will share your feedback with the team so that we can continue to improve the quality of our welcome. Regarding housekeeping and waste disposal, we would like to clarify how Adagio aparthotels operate. In accordance with Adagio standards, applied across our establishments and stated in our terms and conditions, housekeeping is not provided in occupied apartments for stays of fewer than 7 nights. This is an integral part of the Adagio concept, which is designed to give guests staying several consecutive nights greater independence in their apartment. We nevertheless understand that this approach may not suit everyone's habits or expectations. For guests who would prefer housekeeping during their stay, an additional cleaning service can be requested from reception for €15. Likewise, the aparthotel concept means that guests are encouraged to manage their apartment independently, including disposing of their waste in the designated areas. We are genuinely sorry that these different aspects of the Adagio concept left you disappointed and that your experience has led you to decide not to stay in an Adagio aparthotel again. We nevertheless hope that the positive aspects of your stay, including the warm welcome you received from Pacco, will remain as a more pleasant memory of your time with us.
