Loved our visit to Rouen, the staff was super helpful specially the lady at reception! The apt is great in size and comfort, I would maybe provide thicker towels.

Stayed for one night only. Room has a kitchen and is perfect for longer stays. Bonus of having laundry facilities was convenient for travellers.
