We are sorry, however, that certain aspects of your experience did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding the refrigerator, please note that our Executive Rooms are equipped with a minibar, while our Classic Rooms do not include this feature. However, should our guests need to keep any items refrigerated during their stay, our reception team is available 24/7 and can store them safely in our refrigerator upon request. We have also taken note of your comments regarding the parking fee and your perception of the value offered by our hotel. Guest feedback is extremely important to us, as it helps us continually evaluate and improve our services and facilities. While you did not have the opportunity to enjoy our breakfast, we regret that the overall experience did not reflect the level of quality you expected from a four-star establishment. Very friendly staff, clean and quiet hotel, convenient hotel parking though detailed instructions would have been helpful (look for Hotel Parking sign as there are 2 parkings down the trémie). A night table was missing at one end of the bed and the standing lamp couldn’t be used because its cord couldn’t stay in the outlet; both issues must have been known to the cleaning staff so perhaps the cleaning staff could have communicated them to facilities. The hotel fixed the issues promptly. Disappointed there was no bathtub. The room description should have stated “shower only”.
