Everything was great but the parking sucked

Enjoyed our stay, staff very helpful. Room upgrade very much appreciated. Great location and very easy parking. Only let down was breakfast. Very busy. Small area for sharing with Adagio Hotel as well. First day, replenished food slow to come and messy. Went earlier second day and it was better, marginally. Bar area way too small to enjoy a drink…… We booked here due to the ease of parking.

Plenty of parking although sadly it could not be reserved in advance. Close to the town centre A good size room overlooking the river

We would like to remind you that as we only have around 40 parking spaces for a larger number of rooms, we do not allow reservations for parking spaces in order to ensure fairness for all our guests. However, we understand that if you have a parking space, it is advantageous for you to explore Rouen on foot. The hotel is fine, but quite basic, it has no amenities, no cups in the room, no fridge. The pool is smaller than expected. The room was fine though and a good base to explore.

However, we would like to point out that some of the items you mentioned—such as the self-service minibar and additional welcome products—are services reserved for our Executive rooms. Classic rooms do not include these specific benefits. Nevertheless, we have taken note of your comment regarding the presence of glasses in the room and will pass it on to our housekeeping department so that they can remedy the situation as soon as possible. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another stay, perhaps in one of our Executive Rooms so that you can take full advantage of all the services they offer.
