We understand that scheduling a repair for the following day was not a satisfactory solution, particularly given your scheduled departure that same day. We also regret that our response at the front desk did not make you feel sufficiently supported in this situation. While our technicians are not on-site 24 hours a day, the hotel was indeed fully booked, which meant that moving you to another room was not an option. We are also sorry to hear about your experience with the pool. We understand your concerns regarding the lack of a dedicated changing area and, in particular, the condition of the accessible restroom when you had to use it to change your children. The situation you describe falls far short of the cleanliness standards we strive to maintain; we have therefore shared your comments with the relevant teams so that special attention is paid to the cleanliness and monitoring of this area. Regarding room amenities, we understand that certain features may have differed from your expectations. Slippers and bathrobes are included in our "Executive" rooms, whereas they are available for an additional fee in other room categories—particularly for guests wishing to use the pool. Additionally, a hospitality tray with a kettle is provided in our Classic rooms, and our reception team is always available should you need extra cups or other items during your stay. We are, however, delighted to read that you found your room clean and that our housekeeping colleague was charming and helpful. We will gladly pass on your kind comments to her.
