The hotel was nice in a great spot. However, we were told we got free drinks from reception for being silver accor members. So we had drinks. After check-out, we were charged 30 euros for them! The emails since have not been consistent about what was included either. I would never stay somewhere so scammy again.

We are pleased to read that you appreciated the hotel’s location as well as the comfort of your stay. However, we are truly sorry for the misunderstanding that occurred at the time of your check-out. As part of the Accor loyalty program, your Silver status entitles you to one complimentary drink as a “welcome drink.” Any additional consumption is therefore chargeable. Our prices are clearly displayed on the refrigerator located at the reception. We sincerely regret if this information was not clear enough during your stay or in our subsequent communications. Please be assured that we are taking your feedback into account to improve the clarity of the information provided to our guests. Beautiful location along the Seine, and a short walk to the Cathedral and other town attractions. The hotel also had all the accommodations you would want for the stay with a gym, pool, and delicious restaurant included in the hotel.

We booked our stay at your hotel as we had a great experience at the Novotel in Le Touque, in paricular we wanted a hotel whose restaurant was open on a sunday evening. The hotel is great the staff really friendly and helpful, BUT, the sunday night options in the restaurant were pathetic- no salad in a French restaurant! unbelievable! A Dutch couple came in had a drink saw the menu and left!!!! It may be the slack time of the year after the half term, but if your restaurant cannot offer anything better then close the restaurant and tell people to find a meal elsewhere!

However, we would like to clarify that Quindici, the Novotel’s restaurant, is not a French restaurant but an Italian restaurant. You will typically find a menu consisting mainly of pizzas, creative pasta dishes, and other Italian specialties. On Sunday evenings, as the restaurant is generally less busy than during the week, we offer a limited menu with a few options different from those usually available. We are sorry to hear that these options did not meet your expectations. The room was great as were all the employees. However, the "restaurant" was not. There is much work to do before it could be called a restaurant.
