The hotel is fine, but quite basic, it has no amenities, no cups in the room, no fridge. The pool is smaller than expected. The room was fine though and a good base to explore.

Dear Sir or Madam, Thank you for taking the time to share your impressions following your stay at our four-star hotel. We are delighted to hear that your room generally met your expectations. However, we would like to point out that some of the items you mentioned—such as the self-service minibar and additional welcome products—are services reserved for our Executive rooms. Classic rooms do not include these specific benefits. Nevertheless, we have taken note of your comment regarding the presence of glasses in the room and will pass it on to our housekeeping department so that they can remedy the situation as soon as possible. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back for another stay, perhaps in one of our Executive Rooms so that you can take full advantage of all the services they offer. We arrived a bit early but our room was ready, and we also got a free upgrade to a better room. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very comfortable and spacious room - fifth floor with view of river. Lovely staff. Easy walking distance from all of the Old Town's charms and close to a host patisseries and cafés if you don't feel like having breakfast at the old hotel. It is on a busy street but sound-proofing is excellent. It had the atmosphere and the approach of a 5 Star Hotel and very dog-friendly at that! One-piece of advice, though: do ask for specific directions to the-car park in advance as it is not we'll-signposted or obvious.

The car park was full but there is another less than a minute away. A friendly welcome and the hotel has everything you need.

Dear guest, Merci d’avoir partagé votre retour suite à votre séjour chez nous. Nous sommes ravis que vous ayez apprécié l’accueil chaleureux ainsi que les équipements de l’hôtel. Concernant le parking, en effet, celui-ci n’est malheureusement pas réservable à l’avance, et les places sont attribuées selon l’ordre d’arrivée. Nous conseillons souvent à nos clients d’arriver en matinée pour augmenter leurs chances de disponibilité. Dans tous les cas, un parking public situé à moins d’une minute reste une bonne alternative.
