We are delighted to hear that you appreciated our prime location, close to many of the best attractions and dining options in Rouen. We strive to make every stay at our hotel in Rouen both comfortable and memorable. We are sorry that the river view did not fully meet your expectations. During the summer season, the trees along the riverbank become much fuller, and depending on the floor on which the room is located, the foliage can partially obscure the view of the river. We understand that this may have been disappointing, especially as you had selected a room with this feature. Thank you for your understanding and for taking the time to share your experience.
