On short trip by coach. Only real issue was breakfast last day. Another coach party in, and staff found it difficult to restock plates, cups, some foods etc. Earlier coach ate all the apples and bananas! Apart from that, staff very helpful, rooms basic but wasn't expecting The Ritz. Being English, lack of tea/coffee making facilities in room a pain, but that's usual in France, so did expect that.

The rooms were lovely. I would however suggest English breakfast tea is provided at breakfast and hair dryers in the rooms. Apart from this perfect.

Pity there were no "snacks" as advertised. Towels very thin. Basic accommodation

I had an excellent stay here. The hotel is very new, bright, and well appointed. Bery close to the Seine too. There are several restaurants in the area also. I walked from Gare Rouen in 20 mon, but public transit is fast and efficient too. I would definitely stay here again!
