This hotel was perfect for our one night stop over on our way to the Loire valley. EV charging in the car park which we didn’t expect, great family room with 2 comfy single beds so our teenage kids didn’t have to share a pull out sofa bed, funky seating bar area with pool table & table football, great location for getting the bus into Rouen and an eat all you want buffet breakfast with a good selection for all the family. All in all a fantastic hotel. We could easily have stayed longer & explored Rouen. Thank you! We will be back.

You should do something with elevator doors - it's closing too early, especially when someone is leaving with big bagage and another person want to enter it.

Lovely looking hotel, friendly staff that understood my terrible french and had no problem speaking English when even that failed me. Nice interesting room with everything we needed for our stay and good location to get some dinner before settling down for the night. Budget breakfast to start the next day with plenty of choice and the secure parking was much appreciated to keep our belongings safe.

We had a pleasant stay, however, the one downside was breakfast. We stayed at the hotel last year and I have to say, the quality and standard of the breakfast has really dropped. Last year there was a great spread, nutella machine for pancakes, more types of eggs on offer and more cheese. This year was much smaller offering and some things weren't replenished when they ran out.

Check in took too long as one man checking everyone in and running the bar too. The walls are very thin and you hear other people all through the night. Fixtures and fittings in the rooms quirky but not a comfy feel to them.
