We stayed in a family room. The room was spacious, clean and bed was comfortable. The temperature outside was 31c but the temperature inside the hotel was being maintained at a cool temperature below 20c even the tooms. Breakfast buffet had a lot of choices.

Nice upgrade. Nice hotel. Clean. Room was very quiet , large but too cold and impossible to get the reception via the phone. Check in was slack. Breakfast was ok but untidy and not taking care off despite a good choice of products.

Very unfriendly and uninterested staff. No greeting on arrival and ordering at the bar felt like a burden with lots of sighing and rude behavior. Breakfast was poor. Having to boil your own eggs for 10 minutes makes no sense if you are on the go. Very limited choice overall. I recommend choosing another hotel. I have stayed in much better Ibis locations.

The Ibis Styles hotel on the left Bank in Rouen is wonderful. A really fabulous room and a nice hotel layout bus to the centre was easy. The reception staff were very helpful and attentive. The room was good quality with a very good en-suite, bed comfortable and a very enjoyable stay. The Chromecast on the TV is temperamental and the snacks available limited stopped me rating this hotel 10 out of 10. The breakfast was also very good as was the speed and quality of WiFi. Access to city centre was easy too with a frequent bus service nearby.

The check in was okay, but not friendly. The hotel is at least 40 minuteswalk to Rouen, remember to use the T4 bus. The staff could of helped us more by giving us bus details and any other vital information. No refreshments in the room either.

Great stay as a stop off on journey south. Well located from main roads. Very accommodating for the disabled members of our group - easy wheelchair access, disabled parking, really conscientious staff. Breakfast is good but quite hectic when busy, but we got a space ok.

C’est notre 3ème séjour dans cet hôtel et nous nous considérons comme des habitués. Déco, propreté, ménage : impeccable Tout a été fait pour que notre séjour se passe dans les meilleurs conditions Seul bémol : la gestion du parking ! Avant pour nos 3/4 jours un forfait par jour était appliqué. La tarification a changé et n’est plus à l’avantage du client mais de l’hôtel, c’est dommage !!!
