Excellent location for a couple nights to explore the city. Approx 15min walk from the cathedral Parking great, underground. However very limited and first come first served. Would benefit from more variety for food options. Limited to Pizza (pre made) and breakfast was quite expensive (€21pp) in my view so we did not eat (kids eat free) On the whole really good hotel and would return.

We stayed for one night (as a stopover on a long journey) as a family of four. Two boys aged 11 and 14. The family room was ideal. Comfortable and well equipped: fridge, tea/coffee making facilities, toilet separate to bathroom, great shower. Beds were comfortable and there was no noise disturbance. Breakfast was plentiful with a good range of foods on offer. It’s about a 15 min walk to town. Underground secure parking provides piece of mind when you’ve a car full of gear. Staff were friendly and welcoming.

Very well run hotel. Rooms are thoughtfully designed and spacious. Easy walk along the quay to the city and straightforward parking. Breakfast is excellent. Staff are great too - its nice to see the same staff working there 2 years after our last visit. That's testament to the quality of the place.

We’ve stayed here before and booked it again as everyone was so helpful. When we checked in it was a little unhelpful with advice on parking this time. My husband drove around and found a spot eventually but we didn’t feel it was overly safe or helpful advice. Room was super cosy and comfortable and great for a family.

Clean, nice and spacious room, good breakfast. Everybody was very friendly and helpful. Very comfortable stay and will definitely book again if coming to Rouen. Only minus- the elevator was not working during our visit but sometimes technical problems occure :)

We stayed as a stopover from the Dordogne to Calais. The room was well equipped with comfortable beds, coffee machine and great shower. Breakfast was plentiful. Kids were very please with room and were given some colouring from reception.

The air conditioning was very weak even set up at 5 C and the hotel is using a mattress protector in a type of material (like plastic) that is very uncomfortable

Pour un prochain séjour n'hésitez pas à solliciter nos collaborateurs à la réception qui sont à votre disposition 24h/24 afin de leur permettre d'agir de suite et faire en sorte que vous soyez pleinement satisfait. Nous prenons note de vos remarques pour les alèses et allons contacter notre fournisseur car nous les utilisons depuis plusieurs années sans avoir de remarques particulières. Pour ce qui est du petit déjeuner nous prenons note de vos observations et les intégrons à nos futures réflexions pour l'amélioration de notre offre.
