In the last 10 years this hotel has been renewed completely, the rooms and the common parts. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast has the right quality, really appreciate the locals products.

We had a fantastic time. Our car started to make a loud noise on the way to the hotel. The hotel staff rang up the garage and spoke on our behalf to get our car booked in(even though the garage was fully booked) . Hotel is spotless, perfect location, nice breakfast and wonderful staff. 100% recommend.

The Novotel Suites in Rouen is one of the best hotel rooms I've ever stayed in. The room I had was large with excellent lighting and even came with a kitchen and cooking facilities. The microwave oven was really handy to heat meals up after a long day of sight seeing. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

What a great room. Lots of space. Very comfortable. Location was excellent, just a quick stroll to the wonderful quay.

Fine experience overall, as usual. But booking directly via email, throw you out of the system, as you are not given a booking code. This meant that Points were not registered automatically, but had to be claimed, and the usual drink was not offered
