Nice stay in Rouen, good breakfast and accessibility to the bar. One suggestion since you do not use plastic bottle, please make containers available to take water from the fountain

Large Room, issues with parking and toilet

Room was quite large, even with the sofa extended out as a 2nd bed. Hotel close to the river front, which had bars and restaurants etc Shower floor would get flooded quite quickly. Toilet had a smell of urine, like it was under the floor. Parking was an issue due to us having a roof box on our car, we couldn't use the underground car park
