Welcoming reception provided information and support. Room was very clean and well presented. The breakfast buffet was nice and I tried some local produce. Felt safe warm and comfortable. Thank you.

The staff were very kind, always smiling and willing to help; however, the building and overall infrastructure were in very poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, and there was no hot water in the bathtub. Traveling with children is already challenging, and the lack of comfort made the experience even more difficult. Additionally, the heating system was not functioning, and I had to request extra heaters.

À aucun moment, aucun souci concernant le ménage ne nous a été signalé, et nous aurions été ravis de le résoudre immédiatement. De plus, nous vous avons accordé un départ tardif sans frais supplémentaires afin de rendre votre séjour plus confortable. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques concernant le confort et le chauffage très au sérieux, et nous continuerons à travailler pour améliorer nos installations afin que vos prochains séjours soient encore plus agréables.
