Lovely room and perfect for accessing central Rouen in a 24h stay. However, despite arriving for breakfast at 9.15am (served until 10.30am), there were no tables until 9.50am by which time there was very little food left - three mini croissants, two mini pain au chocolat, no fruit, no baguette, half of one loaf of bread. Took another 5 minutes for clean cups to arrive for coffee. We weren't the last to be seated either...

The rooms and bathrooms are tiny - had I been any heavier I wouldn’t have been able to enter the shower. Graffiti on the wall opposite the entrance makes the area look unkempt (management should have it cleaned). The lift is tiny - takes only 3 persons if they are all slim. In my view, the hotel hardly qualifies for IBIS Budget let alone ‘Styles’. No A/c either, but we were only informed of this after we booked and paid in full (non-refundable). A disappointment.

We enjoyed our stay in the room with a terrace. Although the rooms and bathrooms in particular are small, they are clean. The location is great and the staff are really nice. Breakfast was good.

Apart from the noisy room next door, and the fabulous friendly check in gentlemen with a great smile and several times during our stay, greeted by him, was the highlight of the stay

Terrible hotel with tiny rooms which are in poor condition and not at all consistent with Ibis Styles. I have stayed in better Ibis Budget hotels eg Troyes. The staff are friendly enough but that can;t improve the experience of the building itself. Also overpaid for the poor experience. Should have been half the price.

I had an amazing view of the river and city from my top corner balcony. Great central location to churches, tourist spots, pedestrian zone. Also very close to cinemas and FlixBus stop. The room was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was ample.
