The staff were very kind, always smiling and willing to help; however, the building and overall infrastructure were in very poor condition. The room was extremely dirty, and there was no hot water in the bathtub. Traveling with children is already challenging, and the lack of comfort made the experience even more difficult. Additionally, the heating system was not functioning, and I had to request extra heaters.

Nous sommes toutefois surpris par votre note, car dès que le problème d’eau chaude a été signalé dans la première chambre, notre réceptionniste a immédiatement préparé une chambre familiale alternative où l’eau chaude fonctionnait parfaitement. À aucun moment, aucun souci concernant le ménage ne nous a été signalé, et nous aurions été ravis de le résoudre immédiatement. De plus, nous vous avons accordé un départ tardif sans frais supplémentaires afin de rendre votre séjour plus confortable. Nous prenons néanmoins vos remarques concernant le confort et le chauffage très au sérieux, et nous continuerons à travailler pour améliorer nos installations afin que vos prochains séjours soient encore plus agréables. Normally we stay in budget but thought we would try a well located Styles to see the difference. The first was the poor sound insulation but it is in a converted building. The receptionists and waitress were very good. The location was excellent but the difference between the two types of hotel is questionable.
