I thought, instead of fast charging my car somewhere but having to pay the parking on the street, if I could charge my car for 25 (parking) and 15 euros (charging) it would be like only 5 euros more expensive than on the street but more convinient when leaving the hotel. However, nobody told me that the charging power is only 2.4kWh. Once connected the car, it tells me it will take 28 hours to charge! I asked at the reception for more power, but that would cost another extra 10 euros. The next day, the battery only charged to 50% for 40 euros… More than double the price of a fast charger that charges the battery in 30 minutes. You will have to change the pricing or nobody will use the charger. At Ibis in Anglet I charged in 4 hours for 18 euros. At Hand Written Collection in Lille I charged for free. I think Accor should change the pricing politics and put one price everywhere or a clear indication of what it cost at every hotel. Then the room. We asked if the temperature could be adjusted because it t was too hot during the night. But that wasn’t possible, it is the “standard” adjustment. So we had to deal with it but we didn’t sleep well either night.

This hotel sets a standard that all other Ibis hotels should aspire to achieve — excellent service and facilities, and most of all where sleeping is easy, even for someone like me who can’t sleep in hotels.

The rooms were comfortable and spacious. The lobby is very nicely decorated and the breakfast varied and plentiful. The parking is a bit expensive but practical for a car with a roof trunk as there is no height limit. The only downer is the neighboring streets which have zero lights. The area looks safe but walking back in the dark doesn't make you feel safe

Helpful staff great breakfast and bright and welcoming environment. Only downside was bedside light didn't work and wasn't rectified although reported. A kettle or water in room would be good.
