We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the hotel was very clean throughout. The location is also very convenient, with bus and tram stops nearby, which made getting around easy. One of the highlights was definitely the entrance and lobby area. It had a modern, stylish design and felt very much like what you would expect from an ibis Styles hotel. We also liked the extra touches such as the bar, popcorn, and water, which made the common area feel welcoming and comfortable. Breakfast was very good in terms of quality and overall selection. However, there were a few minor shortcomings. No vegetables were available, and some items could have been replenished more quickly. At one point, for example, there was no bread left. The main downside was the room. In contrast to the attractive entrance area, the room itself felt less in line with the ibis Styles concept and rather basic. There was no fridge, and storage space was quite limited, especially for a room intended for four people. In addition, the coffee supplies and cups in the room were not replaced during the stay. Overall, this is a clean and well-located hotel with excellent staff and a strong breakfast, but there is room for improvement when it comes to in-room amenities and service consistency.
