A very Bad hospitality

I went there, that time i had really bad experince with ur hotel. while returning to the hotel after visiting the Christmas Market, I unfortunately tripped and sustained an injury. As it was late in the evening, I approached the front desk to request basic first aid supplies, such as antiseptic and bandages. To my surprise, I was informed that the hotel does not have any first aid supplies available for guests. Instead, I was advised to walk 13 minutes to the nearest pharmacy to purchase them myself. I made a complain to services manager thru email. and i got a reply from them. ======================================================================= They said that they would like to confirm to me that they have two medicine boxes in the hotel; one is at the reception and another in the breakfast service... My colleague is new and she forgot the location of the latter. ====================================================================== => it can not be excusessd.

I am sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations; please allow me to express my sincerest apologies. I personnaly really feel so bad as security and care of our guests is our priority. I absolutely do not know what happened with our receptionnist as the first aid kit is just in the office behind the desk... There also is the Red Cross on each place of the Christmas market, to help within 5 mn... I send my sincere apologies and do hope you are in good health. The hotel is outdated with dirty carpet in the room, not hygienic and in need of a serious renovation. Food is of very poor quality and overpriced for what it is! Terrible! I would not recommend this hotel at all, not worthy of 4 stars, barely 2 stars at most.
