Good location one quiet street away from the noise on the main street and close to tram stops around the city and most importantly close to the Christmas market area. Lovely staff and peaceful stay.

This is a very basic hotel with poor service by staff. Despite having 4 stars, it has no facilities such as a gym. It just has a small reception, a breakfast room, and bedrooms. A single bottle of water is provided to guests at the start of their stay. It is not replaced daily; instead, you have to go all the way down to reception to refill it yourself. Breakfast is mediocre, with one coffee machine that ends up having long queues. Bath towels are the size of hand towels and are of poor quality.
