The hotel is centrally located and with an underground car park, it made the location even better. Everywhere was within walking distance and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast room on the top floor gave some limited roof-top views, but the menu was good. All staff we spoke to were very pleasant and helpful.

Three nights in the hotel for work related reasons. Nice stay. Calm room and centrally located hotel. Quite quick check-in and out. Breakfast correct. Nice breakfast room.

The staff were very helpful and the room had been cleaned to a high standard, however the hotel and the room appeared to be tired and in need of updating.

This isn't the experience we expect from Mercure : the Strasbourg Centre is well located, right in the center of the city but it needs a refresh : carpet, bathroom tiles, bathroom equipments, cleanliness wasn't on point. Front desk staff was quite under skilled and not to the standards expected.
