The location is good - a few minutes from the tram and the metro. Quiet near the centre - around 20 minutes from the Strasbourg Cathedral. It's again on a walking distance from a few shopping spots including the Galeries Lafayette Strasbourg. The rooms are very modest, quiet clean, warm and quiete. The hotel restourant offers a great view - it's a roof top restaurant where you can enjoy the sunrise while having your breakfast.

Well located. Although it was difficult to reach during the Christmas-market period. Rooms were clean and breakfast is good. Hotel is over-priced during the Christmas-market period as all hotels in Strasbourg during that time.

The biggest selling point of this hotel is its fantastic central location, which made navigating the city incredibly easy. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful from check-in to check-out, which was a major plus. My room was clean and a good size, offering plenty of space, and the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. However, I have to agree with other reviews that the hotel does not feel like a genuine 4-star experience. The overall decor is quite dated—specifically, the wood chip wallpaper made the room feel a bit tired. The quality and style are more akin to a comfortable budget chain like a Travelodge than an upscale brand like a Hilton.
