Have stayed here a few times in the last few years, mainly because of the location. Despite the generally helpful staff, the overall feeling is of an asset being sweated with no effort to create any kind of customer experience. Yes, will probably stay again, but its nothing to look forward to.

Ask about welcome amenities for Accor gold member and the reception say “there is no such a thing”

While this status does indeed entitle you to a room upgrade, this remains subject to hotel availability as well as the length of your stay. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, which unfortunately did not allow us to offer an upgrade at that time. Nevertheless, we made the necessary arrangements to assign you a Privilege room for the remainder of your stay. We would also like to reassure you that our staff is well trained regarding the benefits and offers of the Accor loyalty program, depending on each member’s status. You were correctly informed that you are entitled to a welcome drink. Regarding welcome amenities, these may vary from one hotel to another and can include personalized notes, small gifts, or local souvenirs.
