Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us, we are sorry that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding your booking, we would simply like to clarify one point: when you choose our ‘Family’ package, additional services, including breakfast, can be added as optional extras. On your arrival, we also checked your booking confirmation together, on which breakfast was not listed as included. You then chose to add it to your stay. We do, however, understand that the presentation of the various options may have been confusing. We are, however, sincerely sorry about the cleanliness of the room and the inconvenience caused by the smell of cigarette smoke coming from the ventilation system. As our establishment is non-smoking, this situation is completely at odds with our standards. We will pay particular attention to this to ensure that such a situation does not happen again. We are nevertheless delighted that you enjoyed our location, our car park and our breakfast. Good location, ok parking. Price charged at the reception 40% more than what I booked through the App (it was 2 rooms with 50% of the 2nd room and breakfast), no mention of breakfast after booking and at check in the service added resulting in increased price. At least breakfast was worth it. Rooms old, not very clean (some hair on the bed), bathroom super small, Nuxe product honey smell not to my taste. The worst was that someone was smoking in the bathroom bellow or above us and all the smoke stink came to our bathroom through the ventilation. This was supposed to be non-smoking hotel. Overall ok for 1 night but I will chose smth else next time.

Very nice hotel, with an excellent location, with open windows, contemporary furnishings, clean and comfortable. For breakfast, a third option would be welcomed by vegetarians, who need abit more than pastry in the morning. Nice view at the top, with an outdoor patio with lovely flowers. 💐

The hotel is very well-located. Everything is within walking distance or just a short tram ride away. My room was well-sized, the bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean, and you get everything you need for a 2-3 nights stay. It was also very quiet at night because my room is not facing the main street.

Ask about welcome amenities for Accor gold member and the reception say “there is no such a thing”

While this status does indeed entitle you to a room upgrade, this remains subject to hotel availability as well as the length of your stay. On the day of your arrival, the hotel was fully booked, which unfortunately did not allow us to offer an upgrade at that time. Nevertheless, we made the necessary arrangements to assign you a Privilege room for the remainder of your stay. We would also like to reassure you that our staff is well trained regarding the benefits and offers of the Accor loyalty program, depending on each member’s status. You were correctly informed that you are entitled to a welcome drink. Regarding welcome amenities, these may vary from one hotel to another and can include personalized notes, small gifts, or local souvenirs. The hotel is centrally located and with an underground car park, it made the location even better. Everywhere was within walking distance and the rooms were very comfortable. The breakfast room on the top floor gave some limited roof-top views, but the menu was good. All staff we spoke to were very pleasant and helpful.
