the room was OK, but the bathroom was very small. The shower was OK though. The free bottle of water was empty, you had to go and fill these yourself downstairs at the bar/reception... Staff at the reception were polite but a bit cool. The location of the hotel is convenient for visiting the city center.

There was a young multilingual Iranian receptionist who was very helpful. While the staff were friendly, he was voluntarily offering his help to guests. Apparently, he was really into his job; certainly enjoying it. The location is perfect. Within walking distance of a museum, city centre, river, and shops. Rooms are small and old but comfortable. Breakfast was fine.
