The location is ok but the tram is loud. I booked a parking and was told that I should park my car in front of the hotel for getting the guiding of the parking. Well it’s not aloud to park there, there is no place and the bus line and bikers a driving there. The parking is close but it is super small and you shouldn’t have a big car. The ramp is not secured in anyway. You get a remotecontroll from the reception which you have to give back when you parked and also when you leave the parking. I think this is a very bad system to drop the remote after leaving the hotel. It might come someone if the hotel to open or whatever. But under the parking circumstances on this street it’s a lausy service.

The hotel is central and the staff cordial, the rooms are small, crowded with ugly fornitures and they lack of ventilation. Thankfully Strasbourg has mild summers but I would avoid above 30°C. All.com was lying about the aircon
