The place was extremely clean, the breakfast very rich and full of sweet and savory choices. A special note to the staff, which was very kind and helpful. I had to catch a FlixBus during the night and they assisted me at best to reach the bus station safely and were so kind to give me all good advices, even offering me a coffee for the trip back. Strasbourg is a lovely city and this is a perfect place to stay during your visit.

The room itself was clean and comfortable (I especially appreciated the fact that it was air conditioned!). Staff was readily available 24/7. The facilities (small snack bar, automated coffee machine, water fountain in the lobby dispensing cold/hot/carbonated water) were also a nice touch. And the hotel was conveniently located only about a 20 minute walk from the center of the Grand Île. I was extremely satisfied with my visit overall!
