My family and I had a great stay. Your staff were helpful and friendly. The rooms were comfortable. The only reason I have not marked 10 was whilst we could borrow an iron, we couldn't borrow an ironing board.

I stayed here for three days (two nights) during the European Parliament plenary session, specifically to go work there. The "when" is very important because during this week, every month, all reasonably priced hotels sell out, and their rates double. The cost of a room here for one person, including breakfast, one night, on a normal day: €90. The same room, same conditions, on a plenary session day: €156. So for two days, I paid €312. But aside from that: the staff was extremely kind and helpful; I had many requests, and they always helped me. The breakfast was edible, although not very varied. The (Jewish) neighborhood was very quiet, and the rooms as well (as long as you don't get the ones facing the elevators, which are very noisy). The tram is just a few minutes' walk away: in 10 minutes, you're at Parliament (which is why I chose this hotel), and in even less time, you can get to the city center. The only serious flaw is the width of the rooms (even though they're brand new, like the bathrooms, they're minuscule). You can't move around, and I'm not overweight. I took a picture where you can see that between the wall and the bed there's exactly the space for a small suitcase (and that was the largest side; on the other two sides, the space was about a hand and a half). Luckily, I was alone, so I made do, but you can't sell certain places as rooms for two or four if there's literally no space to do anything. Not even opening a suitcase. There are no closets (just hooks), no hair dryer (but you can get it for free at reception), and no blinds that really block out the light. It's was very much appreciated that I was able to leave my suitcase and come pick it up at any time. The entrance is a bit difficult to find, tucked away in an internal courtyard that doubles as a micro-parking lot (but forget about parking there because it costs a whopping €25 a night).

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. We paid for breakfast, which was very good all the usual stuff, pastries, hams, cheeses, bread, yogurts and fruit. They also have a 24hr snack machine (crisps, chocolate, soft drinks) and a coffee machine payable by card, which is helpful. Not the most central hotel, but there is a tram service into the city just a few metres away. The room was very small, but this was expected as it seems most lower cost rooms in French cities are. The room was clean, with a good bathroom (small towels), air con, tv, no storage space other than shelves, but ok for a 2 night stay.

The place was extremely clean, the breakfast very rich and full of sweet and savory choices. A special note to the staff, which was very kind and helpful. I had to catch a FlixBus during the night and they assisted me at best to reach the bus station safely and were so kind to give me all good advices, even offering me a coffee for the trip back. Strasbourg is a lovely city and this is a perfect place to stay during your visit.

The room itself was clean and comfortable (I especially appreciated the fact that it was air conditioned!). Staff was readily available 24/7. The facilities (small snack bar, automated coffee machine, water fountain in the lobby dispensing cold/hot/carbonated water) were also a nice touch. And the hotel was conveniently located only about a 20 minute walk from the center of the Grand Île. I was extremely satisfied with my visit overall!

The room was clean and the hotel location was good. It is a nice option if you like to send one or two nights. The rooms in the first floors, you need to close the curtains for privacy which makes the room dark. Beside that, it was convenient. Also the price is little bit expensive for a budget hotel.
