The room was inhabitable due to cold air coming from the air conditioner when it was -5 outside. It was set to 23 degrees, but probably was broken. Kids couldn’t even take jackets off in the room. Receptionist ignored us telling nothing she can do, hence we had to leave and find a new place. Customer service responded that this is how they care for environment ignoring the fact that there was clearly a fault with the aircon. Terrible experience.
