We faced a huge problem with Wifi connection in the room. One had to move down to the reception to have a descent Wifi connection in order to work with his laptop.

Disappointing.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We are sorry for the inconvenience you experienced during your stay. Indeed, building work was taking place in some of the corridors, and we regret that you arrived before our cleaning team had had a chance to thoroughly clean the affected areas. We apologise for any inconvenience caused. Regarding the air conditioning, as night-time temperatures were still cool (around 5°C), we chose to keep the system in heating mode to ensure a level of thermal comfort appropriate for the season. We do, however, understand that this may have made the room feel stuffy, and we are sorry for this. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back under better conditions. I would expect a welcome drink(water or sparkling) in the room. Also the showers are really old. On the other hand location is perfect. We also liked the breakfast however was too crowded on the sunday.

However, a filtered water dispenser is available in the lobby, along with jugs, so that you can help yourself freely throughout your stay. We are also sorry to hear that you were not entirely satisfied with the condition of the showers. Your feedback has been noted and will be passed on to the relevant teams so that they can assess the necessary improvements. Furthermore, we are delighted that you enjoyed our location and the quality of our breakfast. We do, however, regret the crowds on Sunday and understand that this may have affected your comfort.
