I don’t understand all the negative reviews for this hotel- I was really worried about staying but it’s been great! The air con in our room worked fine, we had a mini fridge and proper mugs for tea and a kettle. Room was quiet, beds comfy and we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids. It’s a perfect central location. Room was clean and looked the same as any other Novotel we stayed in. Reception lady was super helpful and stored our luggage with no fuss while we were out as we arrived early. I don’t get all the negative reviews -it’s as good a standard as any other Novotel we have stayed in!

A well located hotel with very comfortable rooms, friendly staff, nice bar and if you are a shopper - directly linked to a fab shopping mall. Breakfast room, although never too busy, could have been a little better organised to display a better buffet selection.

This hotel does no credit to the Novotel brand. It’s old, tired, the beds are awful, the rooms are noisy and it’s far too expensive for what it offers. The breakfast also offers less than you would expect. I would not stay there again.

That was the worst Novotel I have ever stayed. Location was alright but the building and the room were rather in ibis budget hotel standard. I would expect a small coffee machine in a Novotel room but not even a kettle was available. The deposit blocked for extras for check-in, almost equal to "already paid" room price was not very polite! I have seen more comfortable and high-end ibis rooms, which does not take deposit in advance for potential extras!

The hotel is very close to the downtown, easy access to popular places and events. It has a good parking option for an acceptable fee. The internet is good and quick, however you may not be able to connect from your room if there are others already connected...
