The hotel definitely does not live up to the 4 stars it theoretically has. The place in general is small, the girls at the reception only know how to do the very basics, they have no training and no desire to take care of the customer and learn what he needs to have a good time on his vacation. Let's say that the parking lot under the hotel is public and you find people peeing everywhere. Access to the Parking is not directly by elevator, so you will have to carry your bags by hand. The toilet doesn't have a brush to clean and unfortunately it doesn't have ventilation! Unacceptable! In the bathroom the water runs terribly slowly to save water and it is impossible to have a nice and pleasant bath. Also the cleanliness is not perfect. The frames of the hotel are quite old and leaky. Unfortunately they don't give you slippers, which cost less than 1 euro and you have to walk around with bare feet in the room, which is not that clean and that is very unpleasant. I asked for slippers at the reception and they told me that they are for the more expensive rooms. Let's say here that I had not booked the simple room but the immediately more expensive category. Overall I was not very happy with my stay. The breakfast was pleasant and the location good

The hotel is extremely well located, very clean and the staff were very helpful. Good selection for breakfast, including oat milk alternative for those of us who can't have cow's milk. The room was large and had tea/coffee making facilities and the desk was a good size to work from.

The hotel is well located and convenient. However, the reception area and lobby are inconvenient and obstructed by a large bar. The joint space shared by the adjoining Ibis Hotel make this less than inviting. Finally and most importantly - the hotel doors are locked after 11:00pm. The entire reception and lobby are dark, no lighting on at all. In order to enter one has to ring a bell, wait a for a perosn to reply, identify one's self and then be given admittance. This is inconvenient and possibly unsafe at very late hours standing outside waiting to be admitted.

The hotel was very clean, well situated, and the staff were very accommodating with luggage storage before check-in and after check-out. They were kind to our daughter offering her a toy and chocolate upon arrival. I would highly recommend this hotel for its location and very attentive staff.
