My family and I stayed at the hotel for my birthday during Christmas market season. The staff was friendly and kept our rooms close together. They provided excellent service. The hotel location was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Strasburg.

This was the perfect location to experience the markets. You are right across the bridge from one of the market entrances, but because you are just outside the markets, you enjoy relative peace. It also makes arrival and departure much easier because of easy access to taxi services (many first-timers do not realize that cars are not allowed near the markets during their season). The service was phenomenal. I reached out to the concierge staff many times in the months leading up to our visit and was consistently pleased with the service we received. I booked two rooms - one for my mother-in-law and one for my daughter and me, and the only minor complaint I had was with my room. It was much smaller than my mother-in-law's room, but for the same price, even though it had been booked for two people. That is the only reason I did not rate the stay a 10/10. I would recommend this hotel 100 times out of 100 to anyone whose budget allows a stay here.

A very cute and charming hotel in an excellent location, right in the heart of Strasbourg and close to everything. The rooms were lovely, very clean, and comfortable, and the service was warm and attentive throughout our stay. Housekeeping was excellent and the hotel felt well cared for. A couple of minor points to note: the lighting in the room was quite dim, breakfast was fairly basic, and the shower was over a bathtub rather than a walk-in shower. None of these detracted significantly from our experience, but worth mentioning. Overall, a great stay in a beautiful, central location and we would happily stay here again.

The Hotel has a fantastic location near the Christmas markets and major sites. I realize that I paid top dollar for visiting during a weekend during Christmas. However, for the price I thought my room would be eloquently furnished and finished. I felt the room just felt old and worn and needed to be updated or furnished better. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. However because of the high price I only gave it 4,rather than 5

From beginning till the end on of the best Hotels in Strasbourg! Even if weather was miserable, it was nice to come back to the Hotel. Breakfast is perfect and the service is excelend. We for sure in case we come back, will stay again in your hotel.
