all good, the guidance to the room is not necessary for me. one thing that annoyed me: my address was not in the system, but was send with the reservation by my Gaggenau colleagues. at the check out it was not possible to change it (don't know the reason) it was promised to be mailed but it didn't happen, and I had to ask my colleagues to go after it.

We loved this hotel.So unique and historical.Our room had an external door to the shared balcony,lovely to enjoy early morning or after dinner drinks.The bathroom was huge and the room was quite large for european standard.Finding the hotel in Strasbourg can be difficult,when we were close we just rang the hotel for more specific directions. We paid and used their parking valet.
