Love the central location of the hotel. Everything was in walking distance. The room was very spacious and well appointed. We especially loved the private balcony! The only reason I'm not giving a higher rating is because there were some hiccups with the service. Our breakfast room service never came, even though we ordered it the night before. Also, the driver the hotel had reserved to take us to the train station didn't contact us the day before as promised. I called the front desk, and they had to get us another driver.
