Room was cozy, quiet, very clean, and had everything I needed for a great business trip. Location was great and easily accessible to public transportation - 5min walk to tram & 20min walk to train station. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast was phenomenal. My only negative was that I was on the first floor and my room window was right up against the outdoor terrace for the hotel restaurant/bar. I did not realize this until I had already settled into the room. Although I could not hear the noise from the restaurant (or any noise in the hotel), it meant I could not open my windows for the entire stay. This made the room a bit claustrophobic and I missed seeing the sunlight in the mornings, which made it even more difficult to wake in the morning with the 6hr jetlag. Ask for a room that is not on the first floor with windows facing the terrace.
