The Hotel has a fantastic location near the Christmas markets and major sites. I realize that I paid top dollar for visiting during a weekend during Christmas. However, for the price I thought my room would be eloquently furnished and finished. I felt the room just felt old and worn and needed to be updated or furnished better. The hotel was clean and the staff were nice. However because of the high price I only gave it 4,rather than 5

From beginning till the end on of the best Hotels in Strasbourg! Even if weather was miserable, it was nice to come back to the Hotel. Breakfast is perfect and the service is excelend. We for sure in case we come back, will stay again in your hotel.

The hotel is in a great location. It is a beautiful, historic hotel. The Old town, Petite France and other points of interest were walkable. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Our room was large, very comfortable and very clean. The hotel staff were friendly, professional and helpful. Breakfast was great!
