This was a charming hotel, right in the center of the old town. But even better than the place itself was the incredible staff. Nathan, Alexandra, Julien, Loubna and Charlotte staffed the front desk, and were tireless in making dinner reservations, and steering us to the best places in town. Sebastien and Guillaume towed our enormous bags to our room without even a whimper. The sumptuous buffet breakfast was always immaculate and fresh, thanks to Karine, Mathieu, Mathilde and Dragica. And barman Johnathan sent out delicious wines for us to enjoy in the beautiful courtyard. We have been fortunate enough to travel to many wonderful places all over the world. I can truly say that we have never enjoyed better service anywhere.

I found this hotel on the Accor website and what good fortune! This is an excellent hotel in all ways. The location is perfect. Right over the bridge from the down town area, you can walk anywhere in minutes. There are many,many restaurants within easy walking distance. Best of all is the service. Everyone from the front desk to the bar to the breakfast was pleasant, helpful and welcoming. Alexandra and Julien at the front desk were especially helpful, making recommendations and reservations for dinner. If ever in Strassburg again, I will stay here.

The Hotel ist awesome. We had a fantastic room (Premium room) with a terrace in the backyard. The breakfast is fantastic and delicious. The location ist very central, close to the bridge leading to the old town.

We hardly book hotel breakfast as it is mostly all the same. This one was different. Super friendly personnel and a variety of artisan products with nice outside seating in the courtyard. There is no onsite parking. Use nearby Parking Austerlitz. The location is worth that short walk

Very pleasant experience. Clean bright rooms in a very charming setting. Location is great. This hotel checks off all the boxes. Further, the staff was great. They were pleasant and accommodating. We forgot since clothing hanging in the closet and without any trouble they had it delivered to us at cost. There was no stress at all. I was very pleased with our entire experience.
