Great hotel with great service near heart of old town. Beautiful rooms with a view of the courtyard. They were able to store our bags prior to check-in and even brought them to our room. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Hotel manager, reception staff, bell service were all exceptional. We were greeted and brought to the lobby to wait for our table when the restaurant was full in the morning. All staff members are so courteous and helpful. This historical building was nicely preserved. We have a memorable experience here.

My family and I stayed at the hotel for my birthday during Christmas market season. The staff was friendly and kept our rooms close together. They provided excellent service. The hotel location was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone traveling to Strasburg.

This was the perfect location to experience the markets. You are right across the bridge from one of the market entrances, but because you are just outside the markets, you enjoy relative peace. It also makes arrival and departure much easier because of easy access to taxi services (many first-timers do not realize that cars are not allowed near the markets during their season). The service was phenomenal. I reached out to the concierge staff many times in the months leading up to our visit and was consistently pleased with the service we received. I booked two rooms - one for my mother-in-law and one for my daughter and me, and the only minor complaint I had was with my room. It was much smaller than my mother-in-law's room, but for the same price, even though it had been booked for two people. That is the only reason I did not rate the stay a 10/10. I would recommend this hotel 100 times out of 100 to anyone whose budget allows a stay here.
