Very good service and clean! Location is also good. I wish the restaurant was open full day.

Very disappointed with he lack of hand towels and parking instructions.

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your feedback. We sincerely apologize that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. Regarding towels, our Ibis hotels in France follow the brand charter, which does not include small hand towels. However, we do have additional towels available upon request, but only in the large towel size. Please do not hesitate to ask at reception during your next stay, we will be happy to provide you with more. Regarding parking information, an explanatory email is always sent before arrival to facilitate access to the parking lot. We sincerely regret that you did not receive it. We will look into what may have happened to prevent this from happening again. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and offer you a better experience.
