Great spot with parking facilities, within walking distance of all you want to see in Strasbourg - the hotel is modern and clean with nice staff and a decent buffet breakfast.

I had a big cockroach in the room i was extremely disgusted and couldn’t sleep all night i hat to leave the lights on

We fully understand your disgust and the stress that the presence of an insect in a room can cause, to the point of disturbing your night's sleep. After checking with our teams, we would like to reassure you that it was not a cockroach, but a water bug called Palomena prasina. You get just two towels for two people. You need to dry your hand your hair your body with these two towels. There are no slippers. You can’t even buy them from the hotel. They have a luggage room but when you get back to get your luggage they don’t let you use the bathroom at the lobby.

However, additional towels can be provided upon request at the reception desk. In accordance with the description of our room amenities and the ibis France brand charter, governed by the Accor group, we do not provide slippers in our establishments. Finally, for security reasons, access to the lobby restrooms is reserved for hotel guests and requires a card. This card can be easily provided upon request at the front desk, including when using the luggage storage facility. The hotel was adequate and centrally located. For the price, I feel it could use some improvements. There was not enough hot water when taking a shower, no shampoo or conditioner, no washcloths, no coffee maker. The rooms are very small for the price. The breakfast is good but costs extra. It was adequate for our stay but I would not stay there again.

As stated in our description, our rooms are 15 m² in size and offer all the necessary comforts in line with the standards of the Accor group's ibis brand. Regarding amenities, the rooms are not equipped with coffee makers or washcloths, in accordance with the ibis charter. However, your suggestion has been forwarded to Accor headquarters for consideration. In addition, we would like to point out that we do not provide conditioner, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. If you give us a chance to earn back your trust, I can assure you that we will do our best to give you the great hotel experience that so many of our guests have grown so fond of.
