Quality of the rooms very basic, but centraly located.

This hotel is one of the best Ibis properties i have stayed in. Wonderful staff, great location and neat clean room with a great view. Special thanks to that caring lady at the reception who was there at the time of check-In.

The hotel is located close to more than one tram stops. It is located inside a commercial building that includes a mall, thus placing the guests within reach of many stores and restaurants. The hotel does not have its own private parking for guests, which was a negative for me. I had to park in the mall's parking garage located in the basement of the building and cost me 29 euros for about 40 hours of parking. The rooms are small like for most Ibis hotels.

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience; we are delighted that you appreciated our central location, right next to the tram lines and the shops and restaurants in the shopping centre. Regarding parking, we would like to clarify that it is stated on all booking sites that our establishment does not have private parking. However, we do have direct access to the shopping centre’s public car park, which remains one of the most cost-effective options in Strasbourg city centre. The rate you mention, €29 for approximately 40 hours’ parking, is indeed particularly competitive compared to other parking options in the area, where rates can reach around €47 per 24 hours for street parking and up to €52 per 24 hours in the public car park located about 100 metres from the hotel. As for the size of the rooms, they measure 15 m², as stated on our various booking platforms, and offer all the necessary comforts in line with Ibis brand standards. Very useful lobby consisting of several different areas to host friends - we used this facility extensively because we asked friends to come over to the hotel to meet us. Staff was very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Restaurant and coffee shop was also surprisingly good 😀 Our second time in this hotel. If we ever travel to Strasbourg again, there's no need to look for another hotel.
