The hotel is at the edge of the city centre. A walk into the centre only takes about 5 minutes.

Great spot with parking facilities, within walking distance of all you want to see in Strasbourg - the hotel is modern and clean with nice staff and a decent buffet breakfast.

I had a big cockroach in the room i was extremely disgusted and couldn’t sleep all night i hat to leave the lights on

You get just two towels for two people. You need to dry your hand your hair your body with these two towels. There are no slippers. You can’t even buy them from the hotel. They have a luggage room but when you get back to get your luggage they don’t let you use the bathroom at the lobby.

However, additional towels can be provided upon request at the reception desk. In accordance with the description of our room amenities and the ibis France brand charter, governed by the Accor group, we do not provide slippers in our establishments. Finally, for security reasons, access to the lobby restrooms is reserved for hotel guests and requires a card. This card can be easily provided upon request at the front desk, including when using the luggage storage facility.
