Regarding the presence of a refrigerator in the room, in accordance with the Ibis France brand charter, governed by the Accor group, as well as the official description of our room amenities, our rooms do not have refrigerators. However, to meet the specific needs of our guests, particularly for the storage of medical products, we are happy to store any products or medicines in the establishment's refrigerator, upon request at reception. We work hard to deliver an exceptional guest experience, and it's apparent in this case that we fell short. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and discomfort you experienced during your stay. We fully understand your disgust and the stress that the presence of an insect in a room can cause, to the point of disturbing your night's sleep. After checking with our teams, we would like to reassure you that it was not a cockroach, but a water bug called Palomena prasina.
