We are pleased to read that you appreciated the value for money, the room facilities, the absence of carpet, and our breakfast offering. Your positive comments are always encouraging for our team. We are sorry, however, that the noise from the street made it difficult to sleep with the window open. Due to our central location, some rooms can indeed be more exposed to city noise. Please do not hesitate to request a quieter room during a future stay; our team will always do their best to accommodate your preference depending on availability. We also appreciate your remark regarding the age of the hotel. We are aware that certain areas could benefit from improvements and we continue to work on maintaining and enhancing the comfort of our facilities. Regarding the presence of a refrigerator in the room, in accordance with the Ibis France brand charter, governed by the Accor group, as well as the official description of our room amenities, our rooms do not have refrigerators. However, to meet the specific needs of our guests, particularly for the storage of medical products, we are happy to store any products or medicines in the establishment's refrigerator, upon request at reception.
