Hotel management received deposit. I have stayed at Ibis Colmar In march’24.They did not received deposit . I have stayed at Ibis Basel just 3 days before Strasbourg.They did not received deposit . I have been informed that it is their policy.I wasn’t informed regarding deposit by booking confirmation. It was indifferent attitude to me.

This time, I felt that the lifts and the general reception area are ready for a refresh - they are looking a bit tired. The staff continue to be friendly and helpful. However, the door from the underground car park is sometimes a problem as neither of the two hotels seem to have staff monitoring the ring button well.
