Bed was comfy and I was please to have a higher floor room.

This is a centrally located hotel with good amenities. It is rated 3-stars and it is indeed well taken care of, but, for it to be actually a three-star experience, some improvement is needed: hand towels in the room (they only provided bath towels), shower caps, shoe polish sponge, but most importantly a better (and quieter) system of air-conditioning/heating. In my room, when there were -3 degrees Celsius outside, if I wanted to be warmer, the air-conditioner/heater (there are no actual heaters) had to be fixed on a higher fan speed, which produced a really loud noise and was quite annooying at night. Therefore, a well located hotel, I will book again here, but it is rather basic for a three-star one.

Your suggestions regarding shower caps and additional accessories have been forwarded to the group, as these items are not provided at Ibis France hotels.
